Michael was such a genuine inspiration. Not only is his music is amazing, but what he did for humanity and the ideals he lived by make me truely want to be a better person. The Jurors where interviewed after the trial and they said no such thing, what they did say was that there was no evidence to convince them of any wrong doing - they allowed evidence from the 93 case also. Im a Forensic Science graduate, I did my dissertation on MJ and OJ, I wouldn't be a fan if he was anything apart from innocent.

However, even when he broke his nose in '79 like you pointed out, he opted for a pointier nose. He rid the afro for some perm... he evened out the darker patches from his vitiligo infection... which in turn made him lighter... Michael's kids were conceived in vitro from white donors..
All these things are really none of my business, and they don't take away from HIS GREATNESS**... but it's funny when people ignore them like these things don't exist.

Well tom1 none of us really are who we are in the latter years but still he was a great entertainer and humantarian. Also I believe people shouldn't concern themselves so much about his children and whether they were his or not.
I sometimes wonder would people ask Angelina, Madonna or Stephen Spielberg the same question considering their kids are black.

I don't get it. What are his 'faults' anyway? Whether he changed his appearance or not, that's his own business, isn't it. And he didn't come out with "We are the world" in his later years. The song was in 1985. He was not a saint, but he was a great artist and a good man.

yes he was a great artist i won't take that away from him i don't have the right to no one does he changed the music industry all on his own and he will be remembered for that but try and act like that make's everything else he did ok.....he was mentally a mess his own kids weren't even related to him by blood think about it if they were his real children wouldn't they be aleast shade darker his wife and most of the women he went with were white and then he use drugs to help him escape from that

Then so many people would be saints :), but I do agree with you that he tried to have a good impact on the world, and that's not for PR purpose (some of his charity works were not aired, and he often open Neverland to let children come in and have fun).

He disliked that nose, he wasn't necessarily trying to get a 'caucasian' nose. As for his hair, lupus can cause thinning of the hair, so may be he had to use a wig later on. Whatever, he was still amazing, and I believe he was proud of his black ancestry. If you claim to be his greatest fan, why can't you look beyond his appearance?

Now to respond to your comment... he disliked his nose coz he got teased a lot as a child... yadi yada... but when he changed it (mutliple times), he opted for the pointed nose...
And Michael wasn't diagnosed with lupus till a few years before his death... that doesn't explain his hair!!

mj had money to opt for any nose he wanted to, because it was HIS nose and HIS money he was spending. mj may have also suffered from body dysmorphia, which many psychologists are saying is the case, and why he got multiple nose jobs, which stemmed from his childhood abuse. many white celebs have gotten nose jobs, like meagan fox. she's had a nose job, breast implants, lip injections, dark tans, the works, but no one is saying she's trying to be black! focus on mj's music please- u sound dumb!

Michael was such a genuine inspiration. Not only is his music is amazing, but what he did for humanity and the ideals he lived by make me truely want to be a better person. It's great to know that he broke the racial barrier in the music industry. Being mexican, I'd personally love to see a hispanic rise up in the future.
