My cousin and I were playing co-op, when we killed lucien. After we drained him of his energy, we both shot him three times each. I shot him with my blunderbuss, my cousin shot him with a clockwork pistol. It is funny because we both shot him the same amount of times, and at the same time, without talking to each other.

Fable 2 was the most watered down, spoon fed, kid friendly RPG I've ever played.

Spend 20+ hours (decades in game time) honing your abilities to avenge your sister's death and save the world... ready to defeat the monster that murdered your sister - just press Y! That's it! Good thing you became this ultra badass, because any idiot with a gun could have just done your job. The final actual battle (the Great Shard) was way too easy and completely forgetable too. No more Fable titles for me.

The boss fight was the fight battle you had before the boss itself. That was your fight. At that point you had beat the game. The final boss was realistic in the way that you can put a gun to his head & kill him. Sometimes invincible bosses are just gay. I like the way they designed it. If your were looking for a big long drawn out fight it was there for you right before the boss, which essentially is the boss fight as it replaces the boss fight so you could have a realistic & saisfying ending.

This was so disappointing. I would have been fine with the music box draining his powers IF you had to fight Lucien as he mastered all the hero abilities- for Strength, his blows would be a 1 hit ko, for skill, he would move extremely quickly and dodge most of your attacks and for will, he could be immune to will attacks and can instantly use 5th level attacks without charging.

you cant call this a boss battle. its you shooting an unarmed man. he didnt even motion to attack you, aside from the fact that he tried to kill you twice. but i digress, a boss battle has a BATTLE. a back and forth struggle between 2 enemies to see who is superior. this was not that, this was not a boss battle by any means. and it couldnt be more disappointing.

Whatever happened to epic bosses? It's like Nintendo is the only company who knows how to make final bosses worth of being called final bosses nowadays (Metroid: Other M had an epic final boss in the additional ending).

Maybe Lucien got taken out by one shot, but I preferred him over the Crawler. With Lucien, you developed a hatred for him during the game. First, he shot your sister, who was only a child, but when he reveals he has killed your(if you have any)spouse and children, and then your dog, you go over the edge with him, but he was a human, with actual emotions, and a lost family. @w00gl3 - I fully agree with you, but just because the dog was shot is not reason to play the game. This scene is heart wrenching when you play the entirety of the game with your canine companion by your side all the way, but you have a choice that has to do with the dog at the end of the game and your decision affects his life. This is a story, not real life; animal abuse should stop, but this scene, sad as it is, added quite a bit of emotion.
