Try this: Spam, 1onion,1paprika,1garlic, 100 grams of ketchup, just a half teaspoon of mustard , teaspoon of curry powder, pepper, 2 bay leaves, 3 dinnerspoons of chinese sweet soy, half a teaspoon of cloves, a very little salt..(keep it on medium heat for about 5 minutes, and then at low heat for about 25 minutes, stir every 5 minutes) very nice with french fries
