i have done this kind of stuff before. yes you are right for some people it takes years to practice it. for me, i folded a pepperment raper in like 10 mins of concentrating. i did that when i was 8 years old. no one can actually explain this energy. not even the smartest physics teachers

oh and ofcourse u MUST practise first to keep a clean empty mind, without no disturbance from any thoughts that doesn't have to do with the object, where attension goes energy flows :) that rythmes but it's true. the more concentration ability u have the higher chance of success. I mean I havn't done this everyday. I just do when I get some time left over, maybe 30min a week or so.

takes alot of practise like already stated. I tried this hundreds of times and only a few times success. when I do it and keep in mind there is no EXACT way how to do it. there is only the way that works for you. for me I visualize the energy flowing from my mind into the object and at the same time visualize that it's moving little forwards, not too much just an inch or so. you start to see the object shaking when yr on the right way, it's a muscle that u never used remember that. takes time
