  • This country is finished. Thanks to arseholes like Tony Blair we live under 24/7 surveillance. Its as if we have exchanged places with the Soviet Union.FFS you can't even have a beer without being watched.I'm still hoping Nick Clegg lives up to his promise to restore civil liberties but l'm not holding my breath.

Where's Guy Fawkes when we need him? He's dead-like the country this used to be.

  • @paddysbrain1989 AND IF an officer thinks that your film 'might be useful for terrorist purposes' then they can arrest you. thE GOVERNMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH BIG BUSSINESS BRINGING IN THE SCAFFOLDING FOR FACISM. BE ALERT BE VIGILANT.

  • Good video but, why all the irritating fucking music??

  • You quietly agreed the anti-terrorism act, maybe some of you thought was valid only for "muslims" as potrayed by the media (BBC..) haha!

Now it is your turn to be abused by the same law you voted. Once, the NRA said that "if we don't arm the good citizens no one is going to stop what seems like a fascist state politics".

Be wise, watch less TV and read more about how authoritarian regimes come into being.

  • Watch them enforce! it when they start kicking your asses! Which will be this summer if not before. He will soon change his tune if they get him down a back alley.

  • that all is so silly, where I shall go to live in freedom? on Mars perhaps

  • Create the freedom you are comfortable with or accept what you are given. Create the future world you want or accept what they give us and the consequences that come with that.

  • nope they have control of that to

  • is it so silly that we demand our democracy back? What if a few thousand humble uk men and women were the ones to bring rights back to the world? find out more, there are ways we can bring these people down, goto bbc 5 check Brian Gerrish . WAKE UP!

  • lol, I don't need, even don't want any "democracy"

  • no girl youre wrong - you can only be charged if they can link you to terrorist activity. until then you get treated like a criminal for 28 days pending charges with no evidence whatsoever. people need to wake up and realise the baby steps the government is taking towards a totalitarian regime.

  • that soundtrack is bloody awful.

But aside that, you do realise how much some extremists will pay to have a policeman/woman, or even better, a soldier or an officer captured/killed?

Do you also realise how much this will be exploited in Extreme-right Islamic press/otherwise anti-UK media and serve as a propaganda victory for Jihadists/militants?

I guess not, it seems you're the kind who thinks Sharia law will be much easier and acceptable.

    Welcome to Britainistan.

  • Stop reading the Sun Newspaper buddy. It was proven that their TERROR EXPERT Glen Jenvey was making up stories about the risk of terrorists by posting rubbish on websites and reporting it as fact. He got busted. No one is saying that Sharia law has anything to do with this. We just want our rights and the rule of law not facism to be respected. Even the met police association is agianst this law. Welcome to Facist Britain

  • as a matter of fact I read the Independent and the Guardian.

Yes there are people who elevate percieved risk, but you can't deny how much it would mean to such a group, that they could have the means to publically display say the beheading of a british serviceman. Fact is these groups tend not to like people in such occupations compared to the populus (considering the IRA found out 2 soldiers were near a funeral and mutilated them in '88. Doubt the same would have happened to a BBC reporter).

  • perhaps I was being obtuse about the 'Sharia law' concept, but it seems some I have met recently on discussions about such anti-terror laws would otherwise embrace an islamic culture instead, the same one where if a woman is raped she is consequently thereafter killed.

It is truly unfortunate we live in a world like this, but, security has become a big thing within the uniformed servies these days and we have an enemy who will do everything they can to undermine those different to them.

  • Then you would know that there is a major call for a full enquiry into our security services.

It would be illegal to display the beheading of a soldier under current laws. The IRA was sponsored by Americans through Libya years after we went shoulder to shoulder in gulf war one and Lockerbie.

  • Yes, the United States do have a fair amount to answer for with regards to how they have treated this country especially in conflict.

But illegal or not, it wouldn't stop these people, and there are plenty of websites out there that display Ken Bigley getting decapitated, even a few captured Americans being coldly shot or butchered.

  • However, I do suppose it is in the interests of the serviceman to have had his picture taken to uphold their own personal security/try to blend in more/just avoid being in line of sight of a camera in the first place.

I think good manners/co-operation with the photographer, and not being overtly blunt in the matter but just taking time to explain why they didn't want to be in the photo, would probably not cause too many issues. Just as other people who don't want their picture taken.

  • 1. Their called undercover officers.

    2. Look at the old man in this film. The talking and kindness only started when I got my camera out. The other clip of the officer bashing the girls cuffs they had handcuffed and shoved into the wall probably didnt want his picture taken either

  • Who do you refer to as undercover officers?

Also, operational security, suprise suprise IRA find out Domino's just took an order from 'the British army' and gun down 2 soldiers only this weekend just been.

As for 'displaying captured soldiers', the Argies did it with the RM at Stanley, April 1982, and we in turn showed images of captured soldiers later on. Gulf War 1, again, Iraqi National Guard giving up to the circling AH-64's filmed on gun camera, all over the news.

  • THe first country to break the geneva convention and display captured soldioers on TV was the united states. How was al the footage of Iraqis in Abu Garab with electrodes attached to their genitals or dogs attacking them naked.

  • As for Abu Garab, the actions by the soldiers there did nothing but fuel support for the resistance, it was not a 'win' by any means for the coalition at all, only the actions of insubordinate soldiers proving a lack of dignity and humanity.

In this case, freedom of information, if it was withheld it would be 'oppression', but now it's shown it's somehow acceptable that someone like Ken Bigley should die.

But nah, lets have more needless death promoting Allah that could have been stopped.

  • People get it straight.........Its not about LEGAL its about LAWFUL please learn the difference lawful and legal its not the same...................Seek the vids of John harris or robert arthur menard...........

  • spoonogsback

LEGAL / LAWFUL? Is the "Counter Terrorism Act 2008" not a law then? I've looked @ some of John Harris' present@ions. He certainly provokes some thought, more people should be taking notice, examining the fundamentals of wh@ societies "sand castle system of presumptions" is based on. However, when he starts playing stupid semantic games such as implying a "person" is not a "man" or a "woman", he begins 2 lose sum credibility. Maybe th@'s not important tho, getting people 2 think is!

  • my God if a few more women wake up and give the men a kick up the back side our country will soon be sorted out . The powers to be know if the women wake up there game will be over. that is why they aim the soaps at women they know they are the real power behind the good men. look like some more women are waking up great news .

  • Looks like the Militaryesque talk is coming out ahead of time to justify a summer of baton's. see cut and paste below

Superintendent David Hartshorn, who heads the Metropolitan Police's public order branch, said known activists were planning a return to the streets centred on April's G20 summit of world leaders in London. And intelligence shows they may be able to call on more "footsoldiers" than normal due to the unprecedented conditions

  • fantastic vid. The problem is that people just don't know about things like this as they are by enlarge passed through parlament fast with very little public knowledge untill it's too late and that's the fault of the MSM and government for choosing NOT to invole the public. The girls are right, it's about accountability, it's ok for them to enslave and control us with cctv, biometrics, RFID etc, but the slaves can't have a means of defence against the slave masters. DESPOTISM, TYRANNY TO FOLLOW!

  • this is a very good video - thank-you for posting.

    Alex

  • The only real terrorist on this planet is GOVERNMENT.

  • POLICESTATE

  • hold on if that guy is not a police office but is dressed like one surley he is commiting an offence, impersonating an officer.. unless there is another rule allowing it..

  • HE is not claiming to be an officer. Notice that there are no Numbers on his lapels and he is wearing Blue trousers not black. Nothing wrong wearing a hat saying Police Photographer.

  • i see

  • Agree w/ DarrenPollard its getting overly nasty on the other side of the pond too.And its only going to get worse. Citizens, Veterans have to take to the streets.

Alot of what I have on YT, could under current laws here, make me dissappear. Not A nice thought.

  • The cop whos asking the questions needs to get some educations. His concerns are so idiotic and foolish. Most police and army guys are either high school dropouts or hardly educated. Who else will go to the army except the ones that could not make it in school? No one with BS, Master, or PhD will go to the army. That is why governments encourage familiars to their army. Our wars are barbarians because we have bankers and government figures using retarded army kids doing their dirty jobs.

  • Great vid. Glad to see other people make a stand against this evil manipulation. Do not consent to be governed by these statutes & corrupt polititions. I'm going to be announcing a national public film week soon, I have a cunning plan to get this repealed in parliment. Again the public have not been consulted on these issues. Watch out for the storm I will soon be creating over this.

    Thanks for the vid.

  • im sure they have left this largly undefined as usual so it can be used for multiple purposes like the last anti terror ACTS.... Oddly enough, when the British Empire was in India (and other places im sure) they introduced anti terro laws to suppress any uprisings... funny that.. Noticed it in the Ghandi movie the other day...
