This is what I love most about India. Its cultural diversity, and different folk songs from all states. Each has its own beauty and humanity. Minus politics, feudalism, capitalism, abuse of religion to commit crimes..etc etc...Songs like these make me want to party (no political party !), just a rural folk party ! This film was produced by Shailendra, the lyricist/poet, hence the harsh reality of the film. It was a beautiful film. Especially the song "Sajanwa bairi ho gaye". Box success? Maybe.

He is rescued and is back on the boat for another round of high seas petrol at the end of the movie. I was sitting there and waiting for a song and dance routine as I was conditioned by the stupid desi movies.
