@mustangfootball63 hey brother i had a similer question and my conclusion was to keep it light and make sure it has a strong lock up my choice was to go with the BM 556/mini grip in a pink handle"her favorite color" some other recomendations would be spyderco persistence or centafonte 3.

I feel you dude. I have 5 BMs, a mini stryker, a stryker, a 710, a 950 and a rukus

2 of them came pretty dull : the 710 and Rukus .

Seems like you have more chance to find a Blue Class knife dull, cause all my Black Class were as sharp as it could be .

Production knives dude, shit happens.

Also, not that BM doesn't put an abusively thin edge profile on their factory edges only to make the customer go "woha" while a thin profile is , in fact, weak.

Buy a fallkniven DC4, learn to sharpen, enjoy!

i have the leek, the grip is much sharper and holds an edge for way longer

Sorry about your balisong, but thats a common problem with those cheapos, the pins hold out longer than the screws, but the holes to lighten the handles weeken them as you now learned the hard way...I really enjoyed the video!
