i like how at 0:31 when chandler passes by the close rack, the girl's dress starts swinging, making it stand out more, making more people notice it, which makes more people feel sad for the woman because it shows that she has a daughter, making more people hope something bad doesn't happen to her, which hightens the suspense, which makes people want to keep watching the show to find out what happens to the woman. all this from the effect of swinging.
