Instead he tried to put on a show and refused to ask a question in a timely manner. When he said "blowjob" they cut the mic and resumed the removal that was in place before this video starts.
If he was acting in a seriously inappropriate way, they would not have let him ask the question at all.

Um, it seems few here have followed up on this incident. The kid admitted he staged the event by trying to get arrested as a publicity stunt, hoping to help get his career as a journalist launched. He told people he was going to make national news headlines before this event. Anyway, he has admitted this was a ham, apologized, said the cops were doing a good job, and wants people to move on.

This is ridiculous. How is this version the top rated version? I'll tell you how. YouTube and Google Video are CIA funded and controlled. Most REAL people are in an outrage over this and everyone knows it. The guys commenting here are not idiots, they're paid by U.S. Military programs to spread FAKE opinions amidst the public. It's really easy to spot operations like this.

I suspect that you are right. I do not how much of the youtube content (videos and comments) are posted by employees of various government agencies to affect public opinion. But I am sure that they have extensive operations across many electronic communications platforms. Even it is only some how can we claim we have any form of democracy in the USA.

Yeah, dude. take a look at the lowest rated comments on this page, and read them. Now take a look at the highest rated ones. It's easy to see. And this sort of blatant propaganda is only getting easier to recognize for more and more people. I have no worries.

itbc07: yes very strange to see those thumbs down and thumbs up. I rarely see those used at all. I have been noticing that law enforcement types are all over these taser and brutality videos voting and commenting many times. These guys are making an effort to impact the perceptions of people as to were the public stands on this issue.
