Why do police continue to shock someone who refuses to comply with their orders? I mean, come on, is the woman working the camera that dense that she doesn't understand that?

And on top of asking that silly question, she is crowding them as they are trying to arrest him, which is why they are telling her to get back. I am surprised that they didn't arrest her for interference at about that point.

@mannnimain First, pig's a slur word used to describe a police officer; and, I'm not a police officer. There have been numerous times, I have disagreed with the actions of police, because they were over the line.

Second, I watched the video two more times, just to refresh myself on the content; and, I can clearly see he's resisting arrest by not putting his hands behind his back. When he did that to the police he give them an excuse to attack him. I wouldn't do so; thus, it won't happen to me!

@mannnimain Actually not complying with the police by refusing to put your hands behind your back, even if they're wrong at the time, is considered resisting arrest. If you don't resist, and let them go through the process, then you have a case against them later on if they mistreat you. If you fight them, on the other hand, you will not only lose the battle in the short term; the courts, that are looking for reasons to side with the police, will look at that and do so. But the choice is yours!
