You can't really compare Arma 2 and OFP DR. Arma 2 is more of a half baked game with plenty of official modding tools so you can make any kind of combat. OFP2 is more of a complete game which seems to apeal to a wider audience. Personally I prefer Arma 2, but they're both excellent games.
Arma 2 is a good game but the engine is to hollow in my opinion, I have it on PC and it just seems unfinished how you would expect a beta version to be, I think OFP:DR will be better, it seems as though it has a better engine in terms of animation and ballistics, and in Arma 2 the enemy can take like three shots at you from really far away and get you easily, they say it's the "Ultimate Military Simulator" but I really don't think it is. I will be getting OFP:DR when it comes out on PC.
don;t care which better i m getting them both home as soon as they r out, morden warfare 2 too a good arcade game experiece not even the slightest bit of it r close to sim FPS but fun to waste time with.
ya i would of bought dragon rising had it come out sooner but now there going to come out at the same time from what ive seen arma 2 is going to be better equiped but i might be wrong...(its never happened before but ...)

Operation Flashpoint 2 all the way....i never did like Arma...when i first played Arma iwas like...Its OFP with better Graphics...just play OFP lol
