Fuck me, dude. You should have posted that this no longer works on RDR and will reset your MP character level back to 1. You have the instructions on how to delete the game utility data in this videos details but not the warning about the character level reset. I did it right before I clicked on the other video and totally screwed myself over. ...all I wanted was the buffalo. :C

False alarm. I was actually able to keep my higher level character. As soon as I saw that my level was reset I quit and reinstalled everything and it returned to normal. It gave me quite a scare though. Lol.

I sill stand by Pikes Basin. You complete it and it gives you over 1000 XP at a time. One time, I just walked by after someone had already started it, stayed until he completed it, and got 900 XP for doing nothing. And during 3x XP? HOLY SHIT!!! I also hunt at Broken Tree. Just bring a friend or two. If one guy goes left and the other right, you'll be done in no time!

Once I get to level 50, I'm not going to prestige for a while, just so I can keep Bonzo.

You can remove the patch and do it in offline mode but still won't give you as much XP.

I've been grinding this hundreds of times. Since I only get 550 on average for doing Twin rocks, it takes a shitload of time but its faster that anything else(besides Solomons Folly apparently) if you have normal targeting on, have a 22 chain kill everytime, and get the cleaned house bonus you can get about 650 on average which will add up in the long run.

For instance, I'm here looking for a faster way to get my character up to level 50. I'm not concerned with a persons taste in music. I'm not interested in video editing craftsmanship. Even with this now being about 500xp each time it is still faster than pikes basin, you get 1800 xp in 6-8 minutes (alone) or 500 in 60 seconds, besides it's a simple run, very straight forward.

This won't work anymore. They patched it. If you delete the patch and level up offline in LAN / System Link and then go online (you have to install the patch) you will reset back to level 1. Grinding exp. is ridiculous slow now.

@TheDiamh yes yes you have to remove the patch, play the game without patches, start single player, go multiplayer - choose LAN. that way you will be in 'multiplayer' but without people also because you can't go online if you don't have the game patches. once you are in the LAN lobby all alone by yourself, do twin rocks as the video shows. Without the patches, the points will go up to 1700. i already got the platinum of the game...no problem ranking to 50 without game patches !

@TheDiamh yes yes it's normal you also lose the saved games BUT you will have everything back to normal again once you install the patch AGAIN. And you will also keep your multiplayer rank (reached playing in LAN without patch). I also was at level 15 playing with the patch and went back to 0 by disinstalling the patch....anyway with the system i told you you can do up to 1700 xp every minute....in half an hour you're already above rank 10, not such a big deal.
