Loving the raking exercise. I've been playing for 7 years this autumn, and my technique got kinda stuck. I've always been progressing, albeit a bit slowly, and while pushing the tempo, I've repeatedly stumbled across my own fingers. This exercise was slow at first, but it feels much more natural than alternate-picking while descending.

Gonna be practicing this daily.

@roccckkerrr You start to play guitar with already stretched fingers :) Definetely teaches you to play down the neck. Guitarists like to play up and down. Bass forces you to play down the neck so it's helpful for guitarists to have better keyboard knowledge.

About the first sentence, I'm not kidding. You have better access to far notes after you start to play bass. And the good thing is, when you have it, it stays with you. You don't have to play bass everytime you want to reach those notes :)
