  • for models (furnis, sets, cars ETC) go to this link site tutorialsforblender3d(dot)com/Models/index_Models.html

  • Good man! I Remember of the Silent Hill Game. Good work!

  • he has no reflection!! he's a vampire!!

  • He copied from bathroom demo(Blender organization) but there are no copyrights

  • @danielosbay Did you look at the video or did you just look at the thumbnail? All models and textures in the video were created by me. I got the coding for the mirror from the website in the description. The bathroom demo is of much better quality to this anyway. Thats why I've stopped creating this and am currently rebuilding it from the ground up with new textures, story, gameplay and models.

  • Hey could you make a video or 2 on how to make things like that im making a video game and i really need to know how to do this please help me out!! i need the design the menu ill give 10 percent of my makings! send me a message if youll help!!

  • 0:21 VAMPIRE!!!!!!

  • dude, I love your bathroom

  • i think the normalmap of the ground in the living room is inverted^^

  • wow the playes is a vampire or a ghost no mirror ;D

  • Whhaaa!! How on earth did you make it real time mirror!!

  • @Kacininta14 it was going to be but is now being completely refurbished in story, setting and gameplay. I've got one video up of development and i may have a few more now i have a break from college

  • Hey, Nice home you have here ;D ^^

How can you do the camera controll like this?

i think you look around with the mouse, do you understand what i mean ;)

  • Whoa

  • Nice!! But the mirror didn't reflect the light of the flashlight ehich you should see on the wall behind you ;)

  • Mirror isn't that realistic lol, You should make the mirror with some details like dirt or scratches, this seems like a window into another exactly the same room lol

  • @Nightmare1066 Never said it was realistic. I said it worked in real time :)

  • @XDeadrising2X I came a little late but... Freshnel is useful for that :)

  • @Nightmare1066 so does the game portal >.<

  • hey how did you make the reflection a ref map or script

  • The couch is quite massive but the bathroom had some cool textures running.

  • Wow man great reflections, what can you do for reflected lightt on the morror?

  • good one! i have to do a game. a character walking trought an apartment. i am a blender artist but have no experience in game engine. Can you recomment a tuto??

  • @rmedina1983i'll put the site in the description it has loads of tutorials for the game engine and explains alot about controllers sensors and actuators

  • Just started Blender now, installing Python, hope i get to be as good as you!

  • Man...mine is still not working, please please please can you make a tutorial of having your water and putting it on the the game engine cause mine still comes up with juist a blue empty mesh, the water only appears when in render...

  • @kiwiblender 1 you need GLSL materials on to do that and you need a water animation map as well for it able to work in the game engine. Heres a link to create the animation normal map. To enable GLSL you need a graphics card which is either ATI Radeon or Nvidia and to turn it on you go to the game submenu where the framerate option is and select "Blender GLSL Materials" Hope this helps

  • please can you tell me how you got tht text in the corner. what do you press. Dou you press 'p' to play, render? What do you do?

  • @kiwiblender At the top of the screen where you can choose to save your file, there should be a options titled "game" click on that and it's the option "show framerate and profile" hope that helps

  • @kiwiblender just one more thing. When i do so (thanks btw) My models go really dark is there a way to make the brightness better. Ive tryed a lamp/sun/spot.

  • @kiwiblender I would of thought that a sun lamp would illuminate the scene best but to change the lights energy you select the light and in the materials sub menu there should be the a slider with energy on there. That controls the brightness of the light

  • the textures r amazing! but ur models could use some work. keep it up! thumbs up

  • @SomeoneNamedTom Thank you for that. Those were really test characters which I did in a day. I'll do much more detailed and better looking characters later on

  • you character is not reflcted in the mirror because your just moving a camera round right?

  • @itchytastyurr Yeah thats true. At the moment there is no character behind it but I will build and animate one soon

  • the game is pretti cool

  • Very good i think this is the best realtime video ever
