Go to google and search "Hacking Cult- Utilities". once you find it, click on it. there'll be a list of different hacking devices, look for Sonic Advance Pal Tool. The program will be in Spanish, so if you need help with what to do, just send me a PM

ok, I hate to say it, but the guy who worked on it did erase the rom, and he also said that I could not get anymore Emulators or ROMS. he said they were part of the problem
