those are hospital wheelchairs with regular chairs they have anti tippers which stop the fall

this guy sucks, dont do what he does, if this dumb toolbag was paralized, he would know to block your face with one arm to avoid getting a fat lip or broken nose from your knees flying back, because poeple in wheelchairs cant use their legs. my cuz had a eletrick scooter and a wheel chair so she rode the scooter and i rode the wheel chair and so we had a rope.......so i hold the rope and it on the scooter and so she is riding it while im on the back and then we go down the hill and bam i fall back waard but it didnt hurt.....
