Thanks for sharing. Love it! Quite different from the version in "In the Spirit of Things". I especially liked the violin - the first time I saw it, I would've listened to it 1:00 AM - 2:00 AM ~ 12 times back to back. Not sure why they sandwiched Rainmaker at the end - its pretty big and can stand on its own.
Great great work Michael. Yes... like this song very much also. For me it takes me back to old school Kansas and at the same time, has a vision and sound of todays Kansas. Thanks for bringing this to all of your fans.
@kanushrox Thank you very much Jerry. I know what you mean, I also like this mix of past and future in their two albums with Steve Morse, who definitely is one of the best guitar players in the world. Talking about Morse, I'm gonna see him and Deep Purple live with Marillion as a special guest this November. Can't wait :-)
Love this song (or these two songs, whatever!), though I had only heard of it in this CD. I think it's one of their best ones, despite it's kinda underrated...!
very beautiful, thank you for this...

Any chance you could post the version from "In The Spirit of Things"? Rainmaker is an epic song, and deserves to shine on it's own.
