@15moonlight That's why you should practice to walk on a door/wall with your legs and push over that way. I had the same problem at first. But another tip is that while your in bridge-position push your chest away from yourself. Kind of hard to explain, so hope you get it! ;)

Sure they can! I wasn't able to do the split, and I wasn't really flexible in my legs either. But if you just keep on practising, you will soon be able to do the splits and "everything". ;)

Just Get A Mattress Or Somthing Soft And And Try To Do A Handstand. It Duzn't Matter If U Fall Because U've Got Something Soft To Land On. Then Get A Smaller SOFT Object and Put It Undernath U, Then Do A Hanstand Near Tht And Try To Land In A Crab. After Tht, All U Do Is Practis Practis PRACTISE!! Hope It Helped. x

Try to get your shoulders over your hands and rock a little bit back and forth. Be sure you pulll over with your ankle and not your knee when you kick over. (if you pull with your knee you willl get stuck in a handstand.) I hope this helps you! :)

Before you totally do a backbend onto the floor, put a pillow on the floor, so if you fall, it doesn't hurt as much.(:

Try to get closer to the wall, and build up some muscels in ur back by going down into a bridge. It'll help u.
