  • this is not what i was looking for

  • I don't understand. Is this a fetish?

  • "Increase hydroelectric generation at existing facilities"? How? X amount of moving water only provides a certain amount of energy

  • x amount of moving water can generate different amounts of energy based on several factors of a hydro power system google "Hydro power" + head

A key component of the system's functionality is the height and pressure of falling water, known as "head." Head is a function of the height of the fall and the characteristics of the channel

Gross Head (feet) X Flow Rate (feet / per second) X System Efficiency (decimal value) X .085 (for calculations in American units) = Power (kW)

  • Couldn't help but notice they're using the term "Global Warming" in the bill. I don't suppose someone could amend the bill so that we don't have to do any of this if it can be proven it's cooling?

  • "Renewable energy pipelines"? They already know they cannot use pipelines to transport it; it's too corrosive.

  • "pipelines" refers to a project "pipeline" i.e. how many projects are lined up it's a metaphor. you need to educate yourself ......

  • I don't think in this context; they were talking about alternative fuel.

  • CONgress has a 10% approval rating yet our nation of idiots keeps voting for the incumbents who keep screwing the taxpayer every chance they get. i seriously just don't get it

  • Is she reading the Cap & Trade bill that just passed the house? The 1300 page bill that no one had the time to read before voting on it. Its going to hurt our nation tremendously. Who wants building regulations being controlled by the feds? Not me. I also don't want federal inspectors to have to inspect my home if I want to sell it to see if its "energy efficient."

  • someone wrote it, so someone must have read it, so there is a thread of hope :)

  • Correction. Someones (plural) wrote it (yes, I know that's not a word, but I'm making a point here) but that doesn't mean that one person has read the ENTIRE bill. I doubt that there is a person on this earth who has read it from start to finish.

This is an abomination (or rather an "Obamanation"). What has our country come to? No longer to they even read the laws they're passing? My God. What next. We don't even need laws? The g'ment just says you're doing something wrong and arrests you?

  • Well they got the frickin (un)patriotic act, that can break every single one of your civil rights and ruin your life without any evidence against you. So yeah the government says you're doing something wrong and arrests you :[

  • This thing is bigger than the Constitution...

  • I'm curious as to how many cartridges of ink did it take to print 1200 pages?

  • I could watch her read a phone book....

  • go, nice work it's so true, your getting good publicity on this video.

  • I don't care if it's moonbattery, i'm glad to see you posting videos. WHOOOOO

  • You're a super trooper. @_@

  • Determined to listen to all your bill reading videos while working today. Thanks for doing this. Keep it rolling!

  • Waxman: zzzzzzzzzzzzzz..huh..what is it time to vote

Markey: go back to sleep, I'll vote for you

    Waxman: ...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • She reads this to each guy she dates. Pass the test afterwords and she'll deem you good enough to be her bf.

  • It'd be worth it.

  • ya have to agree with you there. :)

  • This proves that beautiful women can make anything interesting.

  • ...How many more Federal Agents are they gonna have to hire To Enfore this SHIT!!!...

  • There's actually quite a bit that you're reading that I'm not seeing, on Thomas or on opencongress.

Where are you printing your version from?

  • This version isn't yet listed in Thomas. This is the 1201 page "new" version that was posted on the House Rules Committee site on Monday... completely untransparently

  • ahhhh thanks.

  • Section 133 still isn't listed on the Thomas version.

    Drops from 132 to 141.

( Yes, I was reading along)

  • Hope to see you on Fox!

  • Ugh, painful! You probably need a drink now. Hey, there's an idea. Drinking/reading the bill. could be fun.

  • Turning readng this bill into a drinking game could be fatal.

In fact, I'd say it's likely.

  • Hey you.Great job, people need to know what is being voted on.You are such a great messenger! .......... K
