i`ve tried to get me mum away from aspartame and splenda.I used to use it myself until i discovered the fraud and politics involved in approving these substances with full knowledge of their dangers.This same fraud and politics has been used to get and keep other known dangerous substances on the market-including fluoride,MSG,GMO,etc.People must wake up to the fact that our government does not care about us.Big corp certainly doesnt.Our regulatory agencies are worthless also.We are on our own

Go to your supermarket and read the ingredients of all the major bubble gum brands. They all have aspartame. Freedent , DoubleMint , Dentyne , Trident , Bubble Yum , Orbitz , Juicy Fruit , Big Red. These were the brands that I personally saw that had aspartame in the ingredients. Go see for yourself. Its real.

I've always tried to stay clear of aspartame since it came out, and its the best thing I've ever done. I'm in my late 30's and I'm healthier than most people I know. I've never understood why people drink/eat this stuff, it tastes like crap! I've lived by the "if it tastes like crap-it is crap and bad for you." We all (well most) have a brain, you just need to use it!

Good job, this stuff is nothing more that poison yet people still continue to buy these products knowingly, thinking a little won't hurt. The fact that it's in almost 6,000 products can make it very dangerous - I'd bet most people aren't aware just how widespread the use of aspartame is.

This needs to go out and be viewed by more people especially in the U.S. and Western Nations. Refined foods are full of toxins. Big Pharma/ Refined Foods are making a killing literally. I am into health, herbs, aromatherapy and ashamed to admit that I am on my second day of detox from diet coke. I have been addicted for several years. I was up to four two liters a day. I knew also how deadly it was....I just could not quit. I feel really good right now, but I am so pissed off! I have several pretty bad illness's, and well I know it is my own fault, but darn it, this stuff should have never been on the market...
