Yes, the officer did something wrong. However, he had no intent to kill the man. it is very clear that the officer accidentally used his gun instead of his Taser. But it is more clear that reaching for his gun, standing up to adjust his position, pointing the gun at the target, using his left hand to better hold the gun, then shoot the aiming target, 5 Conscious Actions = First-Degree Murder.

When cops can get away with killing one young man they can get away with killing anyone. This is a tragedy for Justice, not just Mr. Grants family. (His poor little girl!)
Also, I feel really sorry for you that you don't respect the sacredness of every life. This young man was only 22 and from what I've heard of this area he probably didn't have a lot of good role models or even hope. He deserved a chance to do something with his life.
