I've been waiting with great anticipation for your follow up video showing your upper teeth. I figured someone who takes such meticulous care of her teeth would want to know more about your uppers as well. Look at this video as an excuse for you to get a better look at your upper fillings and their condition. You do a great job shooting closeups so they should come out pretty clear. Come on, I know you're curious! I'm sure your loyal followers would appreciate it as well. Thanks!

Thanks for the response and I think you're doing the right thing. I do wish you would reconsider showing the rest of your fillings though. I just wanted to get a look at them and see their condition, especially the ones on top. Please consider doing just a short video and show them all and maybe talk a little about them and how long you've had them. Then you could explain your reasoning on why you are choosing not to have them replaced. It may help others who are considering amalgam replacement.

Hi Dianne, I was just curious why you want to have your amalgam fillings replaced? I've done some research and found that many dentists won't change out fillings unless it's dentally necessary due to the fact that more tooth structure needs to be removed with the amalgam. If it's purely for cosmetic reasons or due the big mercury scare( don't believe the hype) you may not want to get them replced. Also composite fillings have a much shorter lifespan. Could you show the all amalgams you have?

Interesting timing with your comment, I've decided not to unless absolutely necessary. Yes it's purely for cosmetic reasons. I don't think I'll show all the amalgams I have, I'm not even sure how many I have, haha. I never see the upper teeth inside. Thanks for the feedback.

i have a tiny over bite but my mouth is narrow so in phase two my mouth will be widend and when thier width changes my overbite will slowley retreat.

yea thanks for caring lol but yea im 13 and i go to bankhead orthadonics. when i was in 5th grade i had them on until 6th grad and no im in eighth grade and just got them on yesterday. this is my lasttime so hopefully this year will go quick so when i get them off it wont be high school yet. that would be misrable

ive had braces for one year got them off for 2 years and now i just got them on again for phase 2 witch will be 1 year

The first time was towards the end of third grade and I had an expander with my braces. The braces were to help move my teeth to make room for new ones to grow in. I got them off in december of 6th grade I believe. I am in 8th grade now and got them on August 14. Around 2 weeks b4 school started. I have to have them 18 months maximum and 16 minimum. They didn't giv me a retainer the first time either.

Wow, that must seem like NORMAL to you, huh? You're so fortunate that you have the means to have orthodontics, thank your parents, it is SO expensive. I had to wait until I was in my 40's... Get a retainer next time. I'd love to see your dazzling smile when you're all done......send me a picture!

Thank you, italianoprincess24.  I went to a dentist and had custom trays made for me that I slept in with whitener gel. There are many ways to accomplish the same thing, but that's how I did it. Thanks for asking.
