I don't know if you are apart of the ftmsurgery group on yahoo, if not I strongly suggest coby joins and researches his options for lower surgery more because phallos are becoming far from the dark ages. with phallos it is now possible to have a fully functionaly penis with sensations and all. I have seen pics of both types of surgeries and have also learned of different options for lower surgery. it 's worth checking out if not already.

@cabinfever86 I will definitely check it out, although this video has pretty much nothing to do with me. At the moment I have no intention of getting lower surgery, so neither of us have done a whole lot of research on the topic. Good to know though, thank you.
