Hello the reason it doesn't appear is because the PS3/Xbox won't register that the download is in the shop..for some people you will have to go into the shop..turn off your system and restart and go back into the store..then go to the download and it should appear Idk how accurate this is because I might be the only one I have one friend how had a similar problem
