  • I LOVE jazzercise, but this is one of my least favorite routines. TAKES FOREVER!

  • Yup - it's 5 minutes long! I could do without the last minute myself, but I still like the routine and so do my students.

  • this video totally ROCKS!!! i want to jazzercise and i need it too! i want to be in your class. i think you should post more. i love these excercise dances but never really did any other than richard simmons but i am going to buy jazzercise too! please....... • Well, I'm spokanejazzercise... so we're Jazzercise in Spokane! And that's in Washington State.

  • thats my mom!

  • Which dancer?

  • She's fun thats how jazzercise is supposed to be :)

  • Are you sure? It sounds like the original, by Tommy James & the Shondells, not the Billy Idol cover.

  • Yup - it's Billy Idol all right - I have the music - downloaded from iTunes!

  • Yeah it's the original, Billy Idols has a raspier voice and a harder edge to it, just watched the vid on youtube.

  • I can guarantee it's Billy Idol! I am the instructor leading the routine in this video and I own the Billy Idol CD. Really - it's Billy Idol!

  • can someone tell me the song title tat they use? i have heared it b4 but forget the title oredi...thx

  • The song title is Mony Mony and the artist is Billy Idol.

  • why does she say "sashay?" it is a chasse (sha-say)

  • Too funny you picked up on that. I was saying it wrong for years and I can't give you a good explanation why. No one ever noticed until last summer. Now I pronounce it correctly ;-)

  • Are the other two ladies on stage with you also instructors?

  • Nope. They're students in my class that I invited up on stage for fun. They forgot I was recording!

  • extra fabulous!

  • who is this instructor

  • My name is Carol and I own the Jazzercise Fitness Center of Spokane (Washington).

  • Wow! This looks like so much fun!!! I've never been to a jazzercise-- do you have set routines? How does it work? *off to google it...*

  • I get so much of a buzz Im going to the convention in New Orleans, from Scotland. Trip of a life time and I so can't wait!!! BRING IT ON!!!

  • The conventions are a blast - I've been to several. So much enegergy and tons of fun! I'm sorry I have to miss New Orleans. But dance for me, will ya?

  • Oh I sure will dance for ya! You...and the rest of the girls who can't go! Everytime I think of it I get so excited! ha ha!

  • I will be there too I have attended everyone for many years. I sell at a booth so look me up. I am an instructor too.

  • Ooooh!! I love going up on the stage!! My left and right get completely mixed up but its such a laugh!!

  • And I think the whole class has fun when other students participate up on state. Thank you for being one of the brave ones!

  • Jazzercise is too much fun!

  • I couldn't agree with you more!

  • I'm going to my 1st jazzercise class tonight in Jax Beach, FL - so was searching the web - and found this vid - great energy, party atmosphere - great thanks ;)

  • I didn't like this routine at the time I learned it, but seeing this, I do like it. I look forward to the next time this classic comes up in my jazzercise classes. From a 200 clubber for over 5 years.

  • This is such a fun routine! Always a favorite!! Thanks for posting it! :)

  • this routine is great fun! good energy :) _an instructor in RI

  • I bring this one back a lot because the students LOVE it! It's a good one and it works. It's fun to sing and dance to, plus you get the students to move around the room on the skips so you get them to mix things up.

  • Looks like lots of fun! I'm an instructor in Douglasville, GA. Haven't ever seen this routine so I imagine it's before my time... but I'll be looking for it in the database! I think my customers would love it!

  • My students love this one - as you can see they will come and dance with me. If you can't find the notes I can get them to you.
