the government can control the weather. it even had a show on it way before Katrina happen and it aired on the discovery channel. One year later Katrina hit. You notice that New Orleans is like 85% African Americans living in that town. They were experimenting on a city with mostly black people in it.
we must all learn from this disaster that the only people we can and should count on is ourselves. the government can't help in something this devastating- they can't even manage to do small things right, how can they do the big ones? become self dependent as much as possible.
