Im sure theres way more to this video than what the uploader of it want all of you toilet trained idiots here to believe. For one I dont think (nor care) that the ASPCA are "puppy" killers. Many of these people whom work in, at or around the ASPCA are kind and dedicated. What I believe happened here is a bad case of Mange and because to treat it takes months and valuable time of ASPCA, they decided to give it to the owner.

I would have taken the dog from Tijuana home but the man said he belonged to someone. He was obviously not well taken care of and I didn't know what to do. From what saw it seems he lived on the street. I just ma go back and get him, I have been thinking about him alot these past few days. I went to Tijuana a few days ago & I saw a big, beautiful brown dog on the street. I was worried hed get hit by a car. He looked really hungry & I bought him 2 sandwiches with what I had. He was hungry, the ppl there just stared at me and I didnt know why they stared I was just feeding a hungry dog. The dog wagged his tail at me like saying thank you & he was a good dog. I walked away & 2 men came up& asked. You werent scared? He bites every1 that comes up to him." I said "no, hes a good dog."

Personally I would put the dog in hiding & then fight through the courts, making as much publicity as possible. With this video evidence & the vets statement you can bring the ASPCA into the limelight to have to act. Of course it may be to late as maybe the ASPCA already have the dog now? Does anyone know the address of the "person" that owned this dog? Was it in Brooklyn or Queens? I have tried to call ASPCA, but of course, no one will call back. I am contacting news media in hopes of getting him some coverage and help. Someone needs to step up and help this dog. He can't be forgotten and he can't stay with this "person" that owned him. This dog was removed from property by private persons this past Friday Dec. 18th.

Also, his REAL NAME IS NOT JUSTICE! We do not know his real name yet. The people who tried to save him, named him Justice because they wanted justice for him. This dog needs publicity! The dog is so weak he is weaving and can barely sit up. Look at the other post with picture, before this one for phone number of ASPCA New York.

On Friday Dec 18, 2009 I was called on my phone by a facebook friend. The person tells me that there are two dogs in the back yard next door that are not taken care of. When we arrived at the location in Queens we saw the condition of the dog and were horrified. He did have mange and what looked like bite marks all over his neck. The one vet said that he would have never survived another night outside. .
