  • Sifu paul, I've watched and learned from you for years ...awesome realistic training ...

  • oopa loopa bumpity booo

I'm gonna bite your fucking face off and turn it into poo

  • pull out the meat haha

  • My barbecues have never been the same after I first saw this video

  • Kaw... I recommend you go spend a day with Vu and then let us all hear how "comical" you think he is. God forbid you ever find yourself in a street fight with him. Shalom.

  • @joeyfingers22 I'd say that BJ Penn would easily take Vunak out in a street fight.

  • @mrkitanai1 Noted.

  • 'i only need 3-8 seconds to tear enough face flesh off before the opponent is emotionally out of the fight'. no shit cheers paul

  • Thumbs up for Gay porn in the making

  • until next christmas

  • @primitivebl wtf are you talking about retard? a lion hunts live prey and doesn't get it, mind you human cavemen would do the same thing and sink its canine teeth into fresh live meat, and lick the blood off and not get it, dang cavemen are more intelligent about life than today's youtube retards commenting, idiocracy at its best, remember brawndo is better for your plants compared to water because it has electrolytes.

  • Comment removed

  • straight up OG

  • @primitivebl Even if the opponent has AIDS, it's not a guaranteed contraction - blood on mucosa contact is a relatively high chance of transmission, but even with blood on blood you're more likely NOT to contract HIV than to contract it.

  • As soon as I heard, "..and you are biting the face." I was like what the fuck?

  • Escape from the Triangle Hold...Bite the Balls....

  • We REALLY need some Benny Hill music in this....

  • 8:53 Hannibal instructor xD

  • the oopa from hell, lmao

  • it's stupid to argue how effective this is because each situation is different. some people will back off as soon as you start biting, they don't want to go there, but some people will go ape-shit on your ass and fight to the death. you get some rapist that just wants to fuck-n-run and you bite him like this... hikers will stumble across your bones in some remote part of a forest a year later. jowz sayn!

  • Comical? Looks pretty serious to me.

Paul Vunak is a pretty serious fighter. Don't believe me? Google him and read his bio. Let's just say that if I had to choose a guy to tangle with, his name wouldn't be at the top of my list. Just sayin'.

  • like a wolverine :D

  • Go Youtube "felony fights skinhead vs karate kid." Then come back here and lets talk about the screaming and pleading with the bad man to stop biting his cheek. Then go grapple and tell me how many times you can bite the other guy. The answer should be ALL THE F***ING TIME. The oppotunity to bite is always present when grappling. Is your life in enough danger to bite, scratch, pinch, eye gouge? Are you SAVAGE enough to bite another human being?

  • @wisdomseeker76 Dude that was the worst example to prove your point that people should rely on fighting dirty in a life or death situation. If the karate guy who looked like he knew nothing about grappling bit the other guy, that maniac would have done something worse. Biting, scratching, eye gouging, etc, is not even a good idea when it comes to defending yourself. Not to mention you don't need training from this joker for that either. Train in something that will help.

  • @skippy563 I think in terms of fighting to the death on the prison yard against a big bad man and his friends. True, the karate kid looked unskilled on the ground. You need to train more than BJJ. You think of fighting on a mat. I think of it with wepaons, friends, multiple enemies. And me with my training, willing to do anything to survive. Biting, eye gouging, etc. all work well with all the other training, it also attacks the enemies mind and desire to fight a savage. Maybe Im the one w/ HIV

  • biting is last resort.............. not somthing to get a black belt in lmfao

  • What the crap is the point of biting from a dominant position in self defense over a choke?

  • @skippy563 Terror, it will strike fear into the enemy. Hard to think clearly when your cheek or nose is gone. Then you look up to find a growling savage of a man standing above you. It does not matter what BJJ belt you have, you now know this savage IS going to bite you again if you go to the ground. That terror is going to make you run away.

  • @wisdomseeker76 Uh right.....like I said..... what point is there in "self defense." The entire point here is to get away from the fight without putting yourself in danger. So When you are in a dominant position, why not make the guy pass out because he obviously ins't going anywhere; then just walk away instead of looking like a freak, who enjoys the taste of HIV in the morning.

  • @skippy563 Your right, self defense. You should not even be on the ground in self defense. Not going anywhere? If a BJJ black belt pulls me into his guard, then I begin to bite his nipples off. I gurantee I will get the distance I need to stand up. There is no doubt that we should train BJJ, submission grappling, kickboxing, (MMA). However, we should train knife, gun, self defense styles like Krav Maga, to include these "dirty" tactics in Kina Mutai.

  • @wisdomseeker76 I agree but disagree. 1: Weapons, pepper spray, taser. Best option. 2: BJJ, akido, etc. Whatever martial art training you have. Next best. 3: Whatever the crap gets you out of there. Last option if nothing else has worked. However, if you are against multiple people, with weapons, these savage tactics aren't going to protect you any more than another martial art. You are still screwed. I say all this because I know a girl who broke the arm of a rapist with bjj, on the cement.

  • @skippy563 hey ass clown what if you don't have a gun? what if it is a woman? I know Paul Vunak and I train with him, he is brutal, he trains the navy seals! Paul is one of the best if not the BEST at learning how to defend yourself and be able to go home to your loved ones, don't talk about something you obviously no nothing about.

  • @MrLaneNelson so true i am training under sifu jason who was certified bu paul vunak

  • @MrLaneNelson so true i am training under sifu jason who was certified bu paul vunak and we just learned this

  • @skippy563 Ok, Biting from a dominant position may not be the best option there is. Getting distance and drawing my gun or weapon I have is the best. However, you cannot deny that biting is a viable option. A scary savage option that will destroy the enemies mindset. I believe it is an option that should have some training time devoted to. MMA taught us to crosstrain. 1 martial art does not cover everything. Do not close your mind to foreign tactics. Know how they are used. Stay safe out there.

  • we should have this guy taking down an antelope in slow mo on animal planet

  • this is fucking great, next fight i am in i am doing this whether winning or not

  • LOL My little brother says that if he was in street fighter he would jump over Ryus Hadouken and bite his face off, ever that or he should get in the ring with Mick Tyson.

  • Why in the name of FUCK does he sound like a damn train..

  • @de91ne He is controling his breathing to maintain his stamina is my guess. The growling during biting maybe the same thing.

  • lol

  • ANd at ur roll at 5 min, at any time you bit, he could of bit back, ripped off your nuts, raked your eyes, fish hooked you. You're a fucking idiot. You know how many street fights lead to this? close to none. Do this in MMA ur banned for life (atleast in NA). You know who bites in a fight, Mike Tyson, he still hasnt lived that one down for being one of the greatest fighters, but the biggest fucking goof bitch in combative sports. You're on that same line of fucking good bitches.

  • If u wanna fight dirty you dumb fuck, you bite me from this position, ill fucking bite you RIGHT back, then ill take my hands and either fish hook you, while you try to bite, which will stop you from biting, or ill tear your mouth right the fuck open, or ill take my fingers and drive them into your eyes, or your ears. Ever had someone drive a finger straight into your ears? More painful then a bite sorry bud.

This guy is a fuckin tool, anyone who listens to a word of what he says is a tool

  • kinu mutai is very good but totally obsolete nowadays with the AIDS scenario.

  • @fmcra i would rather risk my chances with bite then to let some guy strangle me to death

  • @obrad79 youre right. In a fight, you must do everything to win, even bite someone, or poke his eyes out.

  • Comment removed

  • @hubudlubud Actually, no. I've trained with several of the guys that trained him instead. Yes, I've read Lee's work. I've also read the authors from whom he stole most of his work. Do I train towards or near actual combat? Yes, I do. Go bother someone else and stop making assumtions about who you're talking to.

  • Skin changes this quite alot. Skin has an amazing tensile and shear strength. In addition, I can't see ANY circumstance where this would be defensible in a court of law. It's not self defense by any legal definition.

  • @MrMZaccone You know those pointy teeth in the corner of your mouth? They're called canines and from an evolutionary perspective they are designed specifically to tear through skin and flesh. Also, I have a feeling "he was in my bedroom at 3am where my wife and child were sleeping and he had a knife. So I disarmed him, took him to the ground, and bit his face" would hold up very damn well in a court of law.

  • @notyorkhakis "he was in my bedroom at 3am where my wife and child were sleeping and he had a knife. So I blew a hole in him the size of the family dog with my twelve guage" will hold up even better. BTW, once you've disarmed him ... Biting him is aggravated assault ... Look it up, I'm sure there's precedent. P.S. You don't actually live in the real world, do you?

  • @MrMZaccone Nope I live in a crazy imagination land where humans evolved from other species and where keeping a loaded 12 guage in the room where my child sleeps isn't the best idea, where there is in fact not legitimate precedent for anyone being charged with aggravated assault against an armed intruder in their home in the middle of the night and regardless we posses the moral and intellectual ability to make our own decision as to whether or not to defend our families. It's nice here.

  • @notyorkhakis Wow! you really like to muddy the water don't you? I can go into plenty of reasons why the twelve guage I keep is perfectly safe in the room where I and my child sleep becase of how it operates and you'd be surprised at what sort of legal bullshit people have been charged with while defending themselves in their own homes. I stand by my point. After you disarmed him you had no legal justification to take him to the ground and bite his face. Read up.

  • @notyorkhakis Humans did indeed evolve so those teeth you're thinking of using don't work nearly as well as you think when used as weapons. I think it was Gerry Spence who said something like. "You're going to have an easier time convinceing a jury that you didn't shoot him too much than that you didn't hit him too hard." How stupid would you have to be to have disarmed him, and then REENGAGE just to "take him to the ground and bite his face" once you actually had disarmed him. IDIOTIC!

  • Comment removed

  • @notyorkhakis P.S. I'm sure it's nice where you are, crazy imagination land usually is. I prefer reality, it's much more predictable.

  • @MrMZaccone I'm not a lawyer so I can't speak definitively about legal justification. However, I think for myself, and someone breaking into the room where my wife and child sleep is all the justification I need to not only disarm but also disable them.

  • @notyorkhakis OH! and you think biting them in the face is the most tactically sound way to "disable" them? After you've already disarmed them and I assume from your description, have the weapon in your hand? C'mon man, THINK! Use the one REAL weapon nature gave you that hasn't been atrophied by the civilization of the human race ... your brain! That and the technology we've developed over the last 5,000 years.

  • @MrMZaccone As far as the biting, given the fact that I and many people reading this have seen someone bitten by a mere child and have their skin punctured and the fact that you seem to think you know more about self-defense than the creator of this video who's been studying martial arts for over 40 years I'm going to abandon that debate as a useless discussion.

  • @notyorkhakis I'm usually pretty interested in what Paul Vunak has to say but in this case I'm sorry, I think he's taken one too many shots to the head. The fact is that I've studied Martial arts myself for 35 years and Vunak and I have had some of the same teachers. You're right though, it's probably to complex a discussion on too many levels to get into 500 words at a time. If you'd like to P.M. it, I'd gladly make my point clearly and in a civilized manner.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrMZaccone However, I am rather curious about all these reasons why your shotgun is accessible and easily enough operated that upon being woken up by an intruder you could retrieve it, disarm any locking mechanisms, aim and fire fast enough to defend yourself and your family and yet is still safe enough that a curious child couldn't accidentally of intentionally trigger it,

  • @notyorkhakis I'll explain. I keep my bedroom door and house doors locked and alarmed so anyone breaking in is going to give me at least a few seconds warning. My shotgun is a Benelli M1 super 90 and the bolt operates independently of the mechanism to drop a round onto the carrier. This means that to move a round from the magazine to the chamber takes a coordinated action that is simply too complex and/or strength dependent for a young child to complete. A well trained adult however ...

  • @notyorkhakis ... can accomplish this in little more than the time it takes to pick the weapon up. I've trained with the weapon until I can do this with certainty. The weapon is always locked up when I'm not right there in the bedroom at which point I usually have my pistol, which is even safer around children (go ahead, ask why), affixed to my hip.

  • @MrMZaccone Of course I would use the knife if I had it in my hand. That a knife is an infinitely better weapon than the teeth is a point we can certainly agree on and by no means do I feel that the teeth are the most tactically sound weapon especially once one has obtained mount. However, I do like to keep my options open, and if I were say in a position where my arms and legs were constricted and my teeth were the only weapon available I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

  • @notyorkhakis Funny though, how you use the phrase "of course" in reference to my point when it seemed to elude you in your post of two days ago. Hindsight is always 20/20. The trick is to know what you're going to do before it becomes necessary. After all, isn't that what why we train? So we can avoid things as randomly animalistic as taking a mouthful of someone's flesh? I firmly believe that if it comes to that, I've probably already lost and biting is no better than rolling dice.

  • @MrMZaccone I know very little about guns, but it sounds like you do so I'll assume/hope you're right. I simply don't trust them cand have hard time imagining a mechanism where a freak accident would me be completely impossible. I would also rather keep around weapons that require skill to use and thus would be harder to turn against me if my attacker didn't know how to use them, but that's just a matter of preference.

  • @notyorkhakis If you don't think that guns require skill then you're right, you know very little about guns. There are techniques that are specifically taught regarding firearms and how not to be disarmed and have them "turned against you". You're wrong however, that it's a matter of preference. It is in fact, a matter of carefully considered and rigorously trained tactical choice. The use of a firearm is a martial art like any other, very similar in fact to the use of the Japanese sword.

  • @MrMZaccone While I don't like guns and don't intend to ever own one, I do intend to at some point learn how to use them effectively simple to broaden my horizons as a martial artist. Speaking of which; myself, I'm merely a four-year martial artist, and was actually rather impressed with your most recent post. What say out of respect for your many years on the mat I cede the point to you and we agree to respectfully disagree.

  • @notyorkhakis If you ever want to learn about firearms the written works of Massad Ayoob would be a great place to start, specifically his book, "In the Gravest Extreme" probably the best work I've ever read on the mindset involved in the use of firearms. "Mas" is a topnotch martial artist by anyone's standards and one of the best teachers I've ever had. As for agreeing to disagree, if I can't convince you, what choice do I have?

  • @MrMZaccone although there seems to be missing chunks to that post, now my response makes little sense to others reading... hopefully you feel me though

  • @notyorkhakis My argument (and I don't understand how Vunak can not get this) is that when biting, or using other similar technique from a disadvantaged position, the opponent has a SUPERIOR ability to use the same from his superior position. The priority MUST BE to escape and improve the position. Biting seems to me to be of the LOWEST PERCENTAGE in accomplishing this. I implore you, rethink this. I'm convinced that contemplating this course of action let alone training it is a mistake.

  • Whats up with the speed of this video?

  • biting works great until the hepatitis and aids hits ya

  • @xomanowar42 Choosing between possible instant death in a fight due to being pinned down and choked in a back alley or live with the aids virus the next 10-30+ years, well thats always a choice...

  • @finnurth Add the phrase "in prison" to that one. Biting usually constitutes not just assault but aggravated assault. Know what you're getting into.

  • @MrMZaccone Well, I rather be in prison than 6 feet under...

  • @finnurth That statement implies a false dichotomy and assumes biting will work.

  • @MrMZaccone Im assuming only that the biting might be the only option when pinned down and being choked. I never said it would work. However I rather try than die without a fight. If I am so lucky to be out of the situation I would of course NOT bite, hit or shoot as you seem to be discussing at length with other people. I'd rather run if I had the option and didn't have other people to care for.

  • @finnurth I can't think of ANY situation where biting would be the ONLY option. You're right about runnng of course, strategically it's a great option, sometimes even if you have others to care for. Running to get help is often the best thing you can do for those in your care just as the first thing police are trained to do is call for backup. If you've escaped, the attacker has to consider the threat to his plan and break off the attack. If you stay and are subdued, you can't help anyone.

  • @finnurth That's the reason they always send someone for reinforcements in the old westerns. "Go get the cavalry boy!" Ego is of course the reason why that character has to be ordered to do it and why very few people ever think of this in real life.

  • damn, now that's an animal....

  • Paul Vunak is trained in submissions to?

  • @misanthrope81 Vunak trained in submissions with the Gracie family.

  • @ vunak2000. Bite to escape a hold or choke yes. Biting a pinned or mounted opponent no.

  • The chances of you getting AIDS from biting is slim and if you have no choice you do what you have to do...stop looking at a real life street fight as a dojo jiu-jitsu match... or point karate....Cambodia69 or Cuinell 89 are both correct...

In a real fight you will not rise to your expectations but flal to the level of your training....and even if you are to civilized to bite someone in a fight that does not mean everyone else shares your sense of morality...are you ready to defend that???

  • like Big Mack but bite with some body with AIDS is full nonsense this is dirty crazy animal style not martial arts.

  • Just wanted to say that this is a great technique and I love his MacGyver hair :) and his ability to knaw through meat at superhuman speed !!!

  • I'm sorry but this crosses the line we are NOT animals. Its inhumane period. A simple bite to escape a choke or painful joint lock yeah ok .. But the mount and bite come-on

  • whats with the tires in the background

  • Comment removed

  • @hubudlubud

I'm not one to typically argue with others but to make the statements you do is just wrong , and rude. You dont know me or my background , so dont go around telling people what to do. honestly you should get off here and train more instead of writing 100 comments here and insulting peoples abilities you have never seen.

I saw the man, however I was just pointing out the random tires which really didnt seem to fit in well. get a life and do something productive.

  • @MutenKami Sorry for my rudeness, shouldn't have gotten mean like that. I just got carried away. I do have a life though and do not like to see people talking smack about Vunak I just jumped in and started attacking. Also I only wrote 4 or 5 comments.

  • @MutenKami He uses those for his "Biting training" XD LOL

  • @MutenKami

I think he is trying to replicate a street environment to make training more realistic.

  • @MutenKami incase you have a dispute with a mechanic I guess lol!

  • @TheBimbly Ranked fighters don't get stabbed, they get punched by people their own size, wearing protective gear in front of a ref.

  • biting is such a cheap move. lol but if someone is trying to kill you then i guess its ok. but if your just fighting and you know he isnt looking to kill you, dont bite lol. such a dirty and cheap move.

  • Good job!!!

  • This is gay!

    too mucfh for training.

  • do i have to bite my opponent to become victorious?

  • @goldtogreysmoke

Nope you don't have to... but in some situations your teeth are the only available and most effective offensive weapon. They are like mini blades and can be used as such.

  • He really likes being Oopa'd...

  • I think this would make a good sex position.

  • @7410n0 I was thinking same thing, I gotta try it lmao.

  • Love the background.

  • Umpa Lumpa Duppity Doo.

  • A bite can really save you in a life/death situation........I'd rather get aids and be living than die and live life to the fullest

  • what about dying immediately from a mugger who is about to kill you?? I'd bite and take a chance with AIDS later

  • Whats about AIDS?

  • What is this guy a vampire?

  • think about it, you know your teeth could tear a tough, over done steak to pieces......

  • vunak is the real deal.

  • i accidentally bit my cheek the other day and i couldn't believe how easily my tooth lacerated the flesh. i didn't even bite down hard, but my left canin easily ripped a trench down the inside of my cheek. biting is serious shit. i bet you really could bite someones cheeks off.

  • Good stuff. One problem. If you are on top in a self defense situation and you punch, bite, or eye gouge the guy on the bottom you will be guilty in the eyes of the law. You are only allowed to defend yourself until you have the chance to escape any further damage is considered excessive.

  • like any technique you have to judge when and where....

  • the problem i have with biting a guy's face is that he would always be in a position to immediately bite me back

  • knew someone in that situation....

if you are inflicting fast hard pain like that....99.99 % of people are thinking survival and escape biting back is the last thing on their mind...

  • or a zombie im not sure

  • vunak is a vampire

  • "now I have impunity to do what I want with my hands" this is some kama sutra shit

  • hannibal lecter!

  • Anything goes when your life is at "steak."

  • @Cambodia69 haha! Best. Comment. Ever.

  • @Cambodia69 I don't "LOL" often. But this is classic. Thanks for the laugh.

  • Comment removed

  • @Cambodia69 LOL

  • fuck that ,dentists are expensive these days

  • Is that guy a vulcanizer or something?

  • this is for 'killing"purpose! i mean real self defense. props to paul vunak!

  • The background in this video is classic

  • When someone realises you're biting their face off the rage goes right out of them."

It depends who you are fighting.

Biting has a sensational effect that can cause the person to become emotionally enraged, when in a state of fight, a person may not feel the pain but they will feel the sharp/intense sensation causing them to become more angry.

  • I would shit bricks, if someone bit my face. Thats borderline horror movie.

  • I do think that you would need a good bite with enough psi pressure to be effective. Although, if you bite a tuff motherfr', he may become murderously enraged, and bite back or pummel your skull in.

  • When someone realises you're biting their face off the rage goes right out of them...

It's not about Psi or fatal damage - more fear and pain.

  • What a waste of a perfectly good steak. Doesn't he know there are hungry kids in Africa? I hope he got food poisoning for wasting that food.

  • Who cares about them? There will be a ton more to replace them.

  • lol

  • I wish it were a hot babe teaching this demonstation

  • I just took Vunaks RAT course and he taught us biting. I never knew there were so many ways and techniques to bite. It was amazing. BJJ + Biting - oh yeah baby

  • chi sao with the head????

  • practical stuff!! Pauls a real tough SOB!

  • let me explain something to all you morons: anyone that approaches you on the street and is looking to intimidate or is trying to assault you, treat them as though they are looking to take your life. A street fight is not about fighting fair, it is about getting out of there with as much of your skin intact as possible, bite and shred the nose, gouge the eyes and tear out the throat.

  • @CUINHELL69 BINGO...hit, kick, scratch, poke, gouge, bite, use a rock if you can find one, a pencil...whatever it takes to cause the other guy to stop the assault and allow you to get away...OR...get a canceled weapon carry permit and blow the guys brains out...good luck getting a canceled weapons permit these days with the wack job liberals in charge of the country.

  • @MrArthurAllen * conceled...not canceled...sorry...

  • @CUINHELL69

Too right... if some prick has the ego to think he has a right to hurt others he deserves to be taught a hard lesson... if he nearly dies from his attempt, then maybe he will think again about his arrogance.

  • @CUINHELL69

There are much better ways to finish a fight from mount that don't require sharing possibly contaminated bodily fluids.

  • what the flying shit is oopa

  • upa - brazilian jiu jitsu term for bucking an opponent off.

  • oopa loopa doobady doo ive got another puzzle for you

  • lol what a retard question

  • go listen to mary j blige faggit

  • go listen to heavy metal with your buddies in your underwear

  • check my page BITCH

    heavy metal? HAHAHAHA

  • i dont care about you so i wont click HAHAHA

  • dude you care enough to call me big daddy while im pounding it

  • HAHAHAHA

  • lmao i forgot i wrote that shit haha

  • you have to have strong teeth!Probably not recomended for people that have dentures or things like that!!Lol!Anyway P.V.seems to me a very serious instructor...Thnx!

  • it matters not what anyhone thinks of what paul vunak does and taking this as a specific 'must do' is nieve, its an illustration to what could be done.

Paul Vunak, Mike Faraone and one particular wing chun fighter have said that they would fight (no rules) anybody at anytime, so far very little takers, so people who think this is crap contact them and put your money where your mouth is

  • pauls done ALOT of coke

  • "Tie the meat,

    to the wetsuit" LOL

I do respect Vunak, but that final footage of him lying on the floor biting the meat is just too funny looking.

  • hes a lunatic.very tough but hes "drank" alot of coke...ahem....

  • VU MAN CHEW stye

  • biting will save your life, for sure there are situations were a direct or indirect bite will save u like biting a weopon out of an opponents hand or close quarter defensive circumstances

but this is bullshit umpa from hell VS the tazmanian devil. He may have never bit someone in his life, which is very typical of martial arts instructors, which is why, alot of teachers are looked at as clowns. selling a video on biting is as bad a when Fury sold the pushup as secrete bodywieght exercise.

  • If your life is in danger and you bite and rip his flesh out you still have to prove to the court of law, obviously you have not been in that situation. My advice to you is eat the guy and run. second if bury your face thinking they cant get your eyes your crazy. In reality you will get hurt biting a street fighter. like I said you both will need a Dr. watch the video the guy wrestling Vunack is very passive and un realistic, Dont try to bite your little brother to prove me wrong bite a fighter

  • Cornavorjitsu

  • In 3 to 8 seconds the guy underneath getting eatin can blind you for life as well just watch the clip closely his hands are free. now back to the mount and offence in the 3 to 8 seconds you eat opponents face for a free go to jail card. you would be much better scoping out the chin for one goodshot he gets knocked out and you still can see and dont have to go to jail. or have the tast of a scumbag in your mouth for a few weaks.

  • if ur life is in danger u wont get sent 2 jail 4 biting the taste will go when u rinse out ur mouth if u bury ur face into them they cant eye gouge u

  • "eye gouging till next Christmas", LOL!!!

  • "Uh...SUCCESSFULLY ompa me."

    Uncle Vu is the man.

  • you are very young, at least in thought, what he is saying by "one good slap, being worth 5 left hooks" is very true,..when ur bell is ringing from a good slap to the ear..that is far more effective, that a untrained "hook"

  • in reality, a fight is much more complicated then mere arm chair qauter backing, if you have been here, you know,..you go for shit that counts and you scratch the nonsense...much of what vunak and especially modern mma is way overboard
