Yes, this is a Hooded Crow (Corvus cornix). It has recently been given full species status rather than being a sub-species of the closely related all black Carrion Crow (Corvus corone). Because of their closeness, where the two forms meet, they sometimes form mixed pairs and produce hybrid offspring with darker feathers. This darker gene is steadily moving northwards in the UK so eventually all will be Carrion Crows.

@Snipe4261 no, its hooded crow, you can only find them in eastern europe, they have gray feather cloths and they look like theyyare hooded:)
