I love the people who say the car is a replica. These people obviously don't have enough car culture to realize that this is a real Countach. They have the sound of Ferrari and Lamborghini mixed up. They think that because the car sounds more beritone, that it is a fake with a Chevy v8 in it. Nope sorry doubters, it real. Lamborghini have always sounded more muscular then Ferraris. This is 5000 S, if you listen to a lp400 the original Countach, it sounds the same but softer because a 400....

That is a genuine carburated Countach, a LP500s or 5000s as they call them here in the states. This is not a fuel injected model, therefore a different sound than the newer FI model.The FI models weren't out til 85 if I recall. But I truely adore the sound the carburated model makes, quite unique...enjoyed the video, thank you

I've seen this countach many times at this event, I have talked to the owner on different occasions and I have seen the engine and I can tell you that this is a real countach, if it sounds crappy its because the mic on the camera is not a good quality mic and if you still believe that this is a replica all I can tell you is that I know a lot about the countach and also about audio.
