All developed countries I know off - except America - citizens regard universal health care, along with education, law and order, part of their proper rights. I've seen a lot about "economies" and "socialism" and "communism" and blah blah. The market is a spectrum. A blend of different economic theories. One could say the "economic spectrum" has free market all the way to the right, and a command (communist) economy to the left, the U.S. falls, I think, about 3/4 of the way TOWARDS the free market side. Let's face it, too little government would be bad in an economy. Think how bad it would be without enforced sanitary working conditions, etc. etc
