Can you change the loops to what they were previously after you have done this?

Is there a way to adjust pull-mode sensitivity?

When try to do what is in the video the sections move so much that the score always instantly drops by thousands of points, even when I move the mouse as little as I can manage (a few mm). It's not like in the video where the purple pull-arrow can be so big and the sections remain essentially stationary.
