Seeing that was the crux of the megaman series' soundtracks on a nintendo (Megaman didn't use any DPCM for their music,) I'm confused as to how that's a possible deduction.

This was the most kickass maverick in X3. The theme was kickass,he was kickass,the stage was kickass. Everything about this maverick is awesome.
