It's pretty good on a compositional level. But I think as already pointed out needs some work on the production to really fry my brains :).

I think for someone just starting out this is great!

Just lacks that punch, maybe because, as you said, you haven't finished with the EQ. Also maybe a tiny bit of reverb on the drums and I think the bassline needs a tiny bit more of a growl, add a tiny bit of foldback distortion or something. Other than that (Which is only a tiny bit of mastering really), a really good track, nice one though!
