  • @KryptoWolf i have keratoconus and my doc said that i got it from my parents, its in my genes and i can't do anything about it except just put my contacts and if it gets worse then surgery. He also said it starts to develop more as u grow up. So they can't really tell until they can see it clearly in your eye. • @JHHycl MY SISTER FAINTED LOL

  • surgeon is an admireable profession

  • O.# bad idea to try this on yourself

  • Does the patient feel everything while he is being operated?

  • no you have very strong local anesthetic

  • why is his eye movinf a little

  • I had two grafts in 1987 /89 in Adelaide South Australia. Results OK. I still wear glasses but need hard contacts but can't tolerate them. I have hybrid contact lens now which i can wear for limited periods providing good vision. This new ring-stuff sounds good but is it any use to to post graft patients? I expect its not cheap either. There is no blood in the eye ; is that poetic?

  • For postkeratoplasty cases the rings have only limited use. In your case the LASIK of grafted cornea can do a lot - must be done in a two steps - first the flap creation with keratome, then after 2 week the refraction should be checked ( could be influenced by relaxation of graft after flap creation) and the laser vision correction is than performed. I have done such a cases with excelent results

  • melbourne sydney get in touch with lasik vision fantastic surgery and results cost around $2500 per eye, some medicare rebate

  • No wander my eye hurt like nothing else lol. I I had this about 7 weeks ago. I still need glasses. when did someone els her get glasses? I am 20.

  • i had this surgery and the resula are quite good!

  • The procedure was developed in South America a and then accepted by whole western world - ask your ophthalmologist - I am shure he (she) will know (depending where you live) any surgeon who can fix your eyes. Ask for Intrastromal Corneal Ring Segments

  • I have keratoconus and if somebody watch this comment i would like to know who developed this intacs procedure and where. i would like to get my eyes fixed but I dont know where to go.
