  • ¿A que le temes Freezer?

  • Propaganda

  • GRACIAS!!!!!

  • Yeeeeaaahhhh, I FOUND IT!!!!!!

  • to be honest i dont mind which soundtrack DBZ plays in. both are good i grew up watching Dragonball before watching DBZ, I can appreciate the original music.unlike in other countries where they played DBZ before DB. watching dragonball z in the original music is like a different feeling and a perspective of the series compared to bruces music.

  • 1:00 - 2:00 sounds a little like Guile's Theme.

  • @Shirdel7221 not really xD

  • The Falconer soundtrack is very good, but the original one is from another planet.

  • FREEEEEZEEEEEER!!!

  • This theme played only once in entire series of DBZ !

  • @MrSoftwizard Yes, and it was awesome!

  • Hahaha all you fat fucks arguing about opinoins

  • trunks vs freeza muito loko

  • kenji yamamoto's a beast at music! even kikuchi is not as good as him imo.

  • @RenewedTenjin Uhh.... you know that the music he made for Dragon Ball was plagiarized, right? I'll admit that I liked his score more than the original Japanese score, but the fact that it's not original kinda kills it for some people(me included).

  • @MichaelRD777 Uhh... You know it was only 2 tracks out of 3 whole soundtracks, right?

  • @EndreVanan Yes,I do. And what of it?

  • @MichaelRD777 Just Saiyan, because most people like to assume that everything was plagiarized.

  • @EndreVanan well I just wish it wasn't. After all,Kai was supposed to have its own identity. Y'know, filler cut out, truer to the original Japanese script, and,of course, its own music. I really like the original Japanese score, just as much as the Bruce Faulconer score. I guess what I meant to say is that it kills it for me that just because a few tracks(two,to be more specific) were plagiarized, the entire score had to be removed

  • @MichaelRD777 It was more than two tracks.

  • @Inikalord ....Really?

... Well either way, it still sucks that Kai won't have it's own music score now,and whatever re-release it may or may not get that WILL have it's own(non-plagiarized) music score won't be come out for quite some time..

  • Right. Stop your childish talk about oohh how stolen that is from Propaganda. We all know by now, lets just enjoy the music and don't act childish on tough on the net, cos that sucks!

  • @shairaptor just right...This has better quality and is too much softer and faster

  • OK, everyone knows by now it was stolen or whatever, but it's still an awesome theme

  • It's a remix, just like any other. I pretty sure credit was given to Propaganda.

  • @trueshinchan

Nope, it wasn't. He never gave any credit or got any permissions. Leading to him getting fired. Took them a few years to realise this however.

  • @Nardex that's too bad cause it fit so well with the scene. It made it very intense

  • @Nardex As in, like 15 years, lol.

  • FREEEEEEEEZZZZZAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ep307 FREEZER

  • @shairaptor watch it in portuguese its just ......freeza(no emotion whatsovever)

  • well at least battle point unlimited has a 7/4th time signature whereas propaganda uses a more chart compatible 4/4th (even vs odd time signature)! :)

  • Comment removed

  • Also, I HATE when plagiarism gets downplayed like this, with bullshit like "oh they were inspired by them, it's not exactly the same, everyone stole back then". That's just a bunch of bullshit because some people just won't accept the truth that a composer they liked might have just been an unoriginal thief who lifted entire parts from other songs and never gave credit once.

  • I must be mistaken, I swear I hear a little bit of Castlevania in this track.

  • Subarashi!

  • This song represents an important part of my childhood. DBZ is the best anime ever created.

  • WHY KENJI WHY ?!!!

  • FREEZA!!!! Bardock would love this soundtrack....

  • trunks went super saiyan because he found out this theme is taken then took out on frieza

  • Ah the sounds of my youth!

  • 1:10 - Guile's Theme XD

  • @Bazerald777 Go home and kill Frieza.

  • It's funny when you go to DBZ Falconer soundtrack you hear people say the Japanese soundtrack sucks and Falconer is the best. Then you come here and it's the exact hiveminded thought but in reverse. Sad really.

  • @ThePredster lol. I know right. For me I like both Faulconer and Kikuchi

  • @ultimatedbzgtdbfan Yeah, they are all very good. Faulconer, Kikuchi, and Yamamotos. I pray for the day they are all combined into one super DBZ show.

  • @ThePredster Yeah, also like Yamamoto. A shame about the copyright thing, but personally I think he made the tracks sound better than the original

  • @ultimatedbzgtdbfan Ditto. When's the last time you heard anyone even praise Terminator's or Avatar's soundtrack?

  • @ThePredster idk.

  • @ThePredster the japanese soundtrack does suck its sounds like some telly tuby shit

  • @casteelll You're entitled to your own opinion as I am to my own, but when posting a comment like that on a video with content that you clearly don't like(in this case, anime music), can you at least try being a little more constructive with your opinions? Otherwise you're just going to turn the comments section of every video containing anime music that you comment on into a war zone.

Thank you, and Happy Holidays =D

  • @casteelll So a full orchestra playing music is considered Teletubby music? I had no idea.

  • @ThePredster In my opinion, I like all of the soundtracks. There's one I despise out of all the Dragon Ball series, and that's the American soundtrack for GT. I think most of us can agree on that. I like GT, but the American soundtrack is downright godawful.

  • @coreykun667 I'm actually gonna have to agree with this. Some of the movies were bad also in my opinion.

  • @ThePredster I...love you for mentioning this <3. Its a shame that you have two great sound tracks and two very talented directors/composers (Kikuchi and Faulconer), and almost no one likes/respects both tracks. On one side you have ADHD nostalgiatards who say things like "Jap musikk suks! dis ish da beast!". Then you have the very hateful nitpicking elitist, who hate the American score because its not the original Japanese. If Bruces score was the original, it wouldn't be hated on, just saiyan.

  • @xPokemonPlayerx

You have a point, but I never liked the Falconer soundtrack anyway, I liked a few songs he's done and just about it. He's composed for other movies so I should see how those are.

  • @SSJProtecter Okay.

  • @SSJProtecter

I only really enjoyed Faulconer's theme for Vegeta, that was pretty...decent.

  • @ThePredster Indeed. Why can't more people enjoy both soundtracks (Kai's too, despite its plagiarism)? Though I prefer Faulconer's stuff for DBZ as it's more up my alley, I enjoy what I've heard of the Japanese tracks, and can appreciate it for being the original.

TL;DR All three soundtracks are awesome and kick loads of ass, and people should STFU and stop picking sides.

  • @ThePredster Not from the same people...

  • I thought this song was awesome. Now after looking for it for years I come here only to find out it's basically been plagiarized from three different Propaganda songs. =/

    That's pathetic, Yamamoto. Really pathetic.

  • As I descend to the comments section, I only see war.

    What?

  • FURIIZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • haha its awesome bt its so guilles theme! XD

  • Kikuchi works for the Japanese DBZ, and maybe even the English DBZ. But It's just too outdated for KAI

  • @AshuratheHedgeho1996 DBZ's BGM on DB Kai fits just fine, but Son Gohan's Super Saiyajin 2 scene, they should have used a more powerful/stronger/emotional BGM than the one planned. Or simply the original which is epic.

  • @FilMarck No, It doesn't. The voice actors are too good for that OST and it doesn't fit 2011. Now, If they used a mixture of Kikuchi, Yamamoto, and Faulconer, that would be great.

  • @AshuratheHedgeho1996 You failed completely since the moment you featured that faggot (faulconer).

You really don't know what's good music, go listen to your generic non-stop techno shit from faulconer.

  • @FilMarck The only song of his, or rather, his team's, is the SSJ3 Theme, and the SSJ Vegeta theme.

Everything else I listen to soundtrack-wise is Yamamoto.

  • @AshuratheHedgeho1996 Yamamoto plagiarised other artists for years, yet they only discovered the seed not too long ago, so while you're listening to his music you're not at the same time.

(Best) Shunsuke Kikuchi > Shuki Levy > Kenji Yamamoto > Faulconer (Worst of all)

  • @FilMarck Well, let's just say I dissagree. Peace?

  • @AshuratheHedgeho1996 FilMarck is nothing but an ignorant troll, bashing anything (US) DBZ related no matter what. Just ignore him.

  • I thank god i was born in my country, otherwise i wouldnt have listened to this AWESOME TRACK

  • sounds like something out of sonic rofl

  • @edalad actually its better than the japanese soundtrack

  • @Sc0ttyz23 stfu you don't know what's quality music.

  • @FilMarck theres no need to know whats better because its anybodys opinion.

  • THIS IS THE ORIGINAL THEME OF TRUNKS VS FREEZA , ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK OF DRAGON BALL Z, IT SOUNDS IN THE JAPANESE VERSION , LATIN VERSION, PORTUGUESE VERSION.

  • @CarmenSkuld It was used everywehre in the world, except in US where they had their own crappy faulconer shit music.

  • @edalad Faulconer music stinks even worse than a dog's turd, Shuki Levy's DBZ music was nicely done, he also composed for the Original Japanese DBZ Soundtrack.

  • This theme so appears in the latin version

  • @96CHECHO96 Yeah, it's on almost every single DBZ dub, just the English US DBZ had its own shitty music.

  • 1:10 the best

  • This reminds me so much of the Guile theme.... Which is good because theyre both AWESOMEEEE!!

  • I totally agree with people calling this "awesomely" plagiarized, just listen from 1:58 to 2:06, would have loved to hear that bit in murder of love but it never happens

  • @zummone The only problem with your post is that this the original japanese version isn't plagiarized in any way, it's called Homage which means they still come up with their own unique composure while at the same time, other musical scores get ideas from eachother in respect to how awesome the bands are. People need to realize that it was a giant musical era back in the day, and some parts of songs sound similar to others. If this was plagiarism, thenit would have been copy/pasted entire song.

  • @PrinceofSaiyajins456 Yeah I do realize that back then it couldn't be much of a nuisance and people was just re elaborating what they did like and thought it would fit well in their ideas for composition and whatever. Still, this is a copypaste of propaganda songs blended together (I'm only finding out today, I'm an old fan of BPU), and you CAN'T argue with that. It doesn't even try to be different. But I still like it nevertheless, I repeat, not a fan of propaganda until this very day.

  • @zummone Well it's your opinion if it's not trying to be different, I highly disagree with that, This song sounds nothing like propoganda.

  • @PrinceofSaiyajins456 Just watch the video response and listen for yourself. Anyway, I still can't think of a better song for the trunks appearence and frieza's slicing into half, just saying :D

  • @zummone If this was plagiarized, then they would have literally copied and pasted the entire song to this scene in DBZ. Whoever told you that this is plagiarism is a fucking idiot.

  • @VideoGamer863 Well Even though it wasn't plagiarized, people need to realize that back in the day , it was a giant musical era, people got ideas from eachother and synced it in with their composed musical scores.

  • @VideoGamer863 It wasn't plagiarized, it is a simple form of homage. If it was plagiarized they would have literally copied and pasted an original song and put it on DBZ, but they didn't, they formed their own unique composure with a similar beating sound to propoganda murder of love.

  • Esse tema japones ficou epico! porem os outros nem se comparam

aos temas em ingles como o do goku se transformando em super

    sayajin 1 e 3!

  • This song was so epic until 1:09

  • 16 people can't hear

  • @edalad Weeaboos suck.

  • Esse pra mim foi o melhor tema feito pra DBZ. Good!

  • Kenji should have just gotten permission to sample the songs, but no he just had to work underhanded. Now we have no real soundtrack for Kai.

  • @Perfect7en

Yeah, and it's because of assholes like you who had to hate on Faulconer.

  • @TurkeyTuck What are talkin' about? I loved Falcouner's music for Z! I also like Kai's soundtrack until the shitstorm came about.

  • @edalad but it doesnt

  • Kenji Yamamoto take the best part of propaganda´s songs and create a supa - saiyan song, brilliant ...... is wierd beacuse this the beginning of cell saga, U know the best cell of all fighters.

  • DBZ is a product of the 80's to 90's you can feel the 90's feeling from this song too. Adding Nu Metal techno Bruce Falconer songs ruin the nostalgia

  • @ppshchik nope your wrong

  • @Sc0ttyz23 He's not "wrong" it's his opinion.

  • i guess this song should have been called plagirism unlimited

  • @SmittyTheWorld why plagiarism? care to explain what's all the plagiarism talk is all about? I'M german and we use the japanese version in our version which rocks. I've seen all DBZ episodes yet I cannot remember this one here which is an excellent music. Thanks for info !: )

  • @shairaptor

The composer copied the song. the origional song is "the murder of love" by propaganda. I mean, battle point unlimited is better to me, but it's still wrong.

  • @SmittyTheWorld Oh I see, yes the similarity is inevitable, but I love both songs, I'm a big 80s fan too. :)

  • @SmittyTheWorld check it, battle point unlimited is also used in our german dubbed version of DBZ( Which is a great dub). Thanks again for the info! the song went straight into my favs! :)

  • @SmittyTheWorld Funny how murder of loves music sounds absolutely NOTHING like this. So care to explain how it's plagiarized? if it was plagiarized they would have literally copied and pasted the entire song onto it. But they didn't at all. The song sounds so unique. The drum beat may sound the same but you have to realize that it was an enourmous musical era back in the day, a lot of songs got idea's form eachother. But in reality this is it's own score and it goes off in it's own direction.

  • @PrinceofSaiyajins456

Plagiarising doesn't just mean to copy the enrire song, don't know where the hell you got that from. You can copy only portions of a song and it might constitute as plagiarism. This often needs to be judged by courts though. This song however, was pieced together from 3 different songs, from the same album no less. None of the portions heard in this song are original.

  • @Nardex No it isn't, I have listened to them all, if it were 3 different songs put together people would always mention that. But people always mention murder of love only.

  • @Nardex Besides, Plagiarism wasn't a thing back in the day, you fail to realize that it was a huge musical era back in the day. A lot of scores got ideas from eachother so if you hear something in a song that sounds the same, you shouldn't automatically yell "plagiarism"

  • @PrinceofSaiyajins456

Except the composer continued to steal music up until 2011, like near copy-pastes of music from the band Stratovarius in the Budokai game or even using parts of the score from Terminator Salvation and Avatar in Dragonball Kai and possibly others that might have gone unnoticed.

The dude got FIRED this year by Toei for plagiarism! They released an official press statement because of this.

  • @PrinceofSaiyajins456 Um, Are you listening to the right song? Look up: Propaganda Murder of love. If that really is what you searched up, then you are either a deaf person who likes to pretend like they aren't deaf, or a moron :) The song is in the video responses too. I love this song a lot too, and I think this is better than the original, but I'm not about to pretend like it isn't copied for the sake of DBZ.

  • @SmittyTheWorld Of course I am listening to the song and I don't know why these fans are getting so uptight over nothing. Only a SMALL SMALL portion of the song was put into battle point unlimited. The overall music in it sounds nothing alike. The drum beat and a small amount of music from the song sounds the same. But when you compare them next to eachother you would notice major differences throughout. Plagiarism is when they copy and paste the entire song and put it on.

  • @SmittyTheWorld stop at 0:41 and listen for about less thana minute.

  • @PrinceofSaiyajins456 Sorry, the other two songs are P-Machinery, and The chase. These songs are also by propaganda. Just listen to the Video response. They even took the name. Battle point propaganda and battle point unlimited.

  • @SmittyTheWorld This song isn't plagiarized. If it was plagiarized, they would have literally copy and pasted the entire song onto it. But they didn't at all, the beating may be based off of the original song to it but the tune itself is completely different.

  • lol sounds like im in the 80's gnarly bass solo yeh yeh yeh

  • @edalad no u

  • This is not the original soundtrack, this is the stupid amercian porn movie soundtrack.

  • @Hokumanga If you mean THIS video, you must be smoking something bad. This was from the original Japanese soundtrack. Sometimes referred to as Battle Power Infinity.

  • (Trunks cutting Freeza with his sword)

    Freezer. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAgggggggh!!!!!

  • dam this song always sounded like a street fighter alpha 2 +seinfield song

  • My bad. I didn't realise Yamamoto 'composed' this piece. I guess the Kai plagiarism makes sense now hahahhah.

  • 1:10 Guile's theme

  • @Negropolis p machinery by propaganda

  • @Negropolis wow, street fighter and seinfeld in this..

  • this song makes me feel like i am future trunks. i feel like putting a pic of mecha frieza on a watermelon and slicing it in half.

  • Man Future Trunks was awesome. like father like son both are badass times 10!

  • @supermancrashin Don't worry, I didn't forget >:3

  • @supermancrashin You know why this song is so much better than anything else Kikuchi's ever done? Because it wasn't actually written by Kikuchi! Kenji Yamamoto wrote this song! And it's plagiarized too!

  • @85ihateposeurs Oh well. This song still kicks ass.

  • OMG after almost 20 years thinking the guy who made this theme for Trunks was a genius but a great part has been copied =((((((((

  • @Steevy84

I prefer to look at it as "awesomely combined". :P

  • @supermancrashin Orly? XD Well, I'm gonna go celebrate you-know-what. I will get back to you when I got the time.

  • @supermancrashin Oh yea, also, MWAHAHA!!! XD I'm so annoying now, aren't I?

  • @supermancrashin Yea, I tried making you confused ;) since it's my birthday today and all...I want to be a pest.

  • @supermancrashin And that friend happens to be you (forgot to add this before, for a sarcastic effect) ROFL. Thanks again dude, this is awesome.

  • Comment removed

  • @supermancrashin lol, I thought the SAME exact thing! And holy crap, it's such a coincidence seeing you on here as well, huh? XD

  • Look Up "Propaganda - Murder of Love"

Yeah, this was Plagiarized BIG Time.

  • To be clear, the song isn't plagiarized. Yamamoto took parts of songs from an album he liked, but the composition overall is original. It's no different than when Nobuo Uematsu used the beat from We Will Rock You in FF9's soundtrack.

  • the best songg ;D i loveee this SONG!

  • I've yet to receive FUNi's Dragon Ball Kai Part 5, it won't have this song but the replacement should be pretty damn awesome because it's from the Z's BGM (By Shunsuke Kikuchi).

  • I couldn't care less that this song was plagiarized, It's still a great song, and It's better than some music we get in Anime today.

  • @KingGoku195 It was more the songs Yamamoto did for Kai than the others.

  • @KingGoku195 This song wasn't plagiarized at all... if it were direct plagiarism, then they would have took off the complete song from propoganda and put it on here, but they didn't. The Song sounds completely unique and different, they just used the same beating from propoganda and did their own unique composure with it.

  • @PrinceofSaiyajins456 He did change it, I admit. But just because of that one part (1:20) It's considered to be plagiarism.

  • @KingGoku195 well that's your opinion at least. I don't consider that one part plagiarism because a lot of songs tend to get ideas from others, it doesn't mean it's plagiarism. To me , plagiarism is the ENTIRE song placed onto another work. But Toei didn't do that, they did the same beating and went off in their own direction with the music.

  • Comment removed

  • HEY, FRIEZA!!

  • Comment removed

  • propoganda

  • @meca2112 It has a little bit of propoganda in it as in the drum beat, but the song itself sounds nothing alike.

  • Comment removed

  • @fireredtrainer01 Um, yeah it is. You're probably mixed up because Kenji Yamamoto did this piece as an insert song for Trunks' first appearance, rather than Shunsuke Kikuchi's usual BGM.

  • @SilverZEntertainemnt i realized right after i posted and hit remove but idk why it didnt remove. once it got to 1:24 i remembered the Trunks vs Freeza fight in the original Japanese :)

  • i always love 3:23-3:35
