the whole cutting hair = better growth thing is true if you suffer from dry hair or if u have split ends because the hair becomes very brittle at the ends and breaks (hair still growing just not gettin longer), however if u have healthier hair it wont really make much of a difference

Hair grows naturally 1/2 inch every month.

You should get a trim every 10 weeks. Trimming your hair will cut off split ends. Split ends start at end of hair shaft and split to the root. If you do not trim your hair, ends will continue to split until it reaches the root, where it will eventually break off, if it hasn't broken off before then. I am a licensed cosmetologist and would be more than willing to help answer some questions regarding hair growth.

im no scientist but i know for a fact that shaving hairy legs grows faster than the gorwth of hair on our head.I descovered that the only difference is that less blood has access to the head after experimenting myself i sat upside down for as long as i could which was 29minutes and then sat up for a little while and repeated it after a week my hair grew 1cm.warning: staying upside down too long can cause pressure for the brain and possible death soo dont stay upside too long!

It is called split ends. When the end of your hair has split, it means it will stop growing. You have to cut those ends so they would continue growing

Yes, but split ends go UP, not down. By trimming your split ends off you avoid having damaged hair and having to cut off more than you should have to. Regular trims prevent split ends from going up too far.

Maybe a trim every 2 months.

A good diet as well helps.

Trimming/cutting your hair does not make it gros faster .. it does appear tidier and healthier though. When you leave your hair the split ends work up the shaft of the hair and this causes breakage, so your hair will appear not to grow.
