  • I don't think the 1.4 is slow at all, have it in my car and it is quick en ough for the type of car. Gets up to 70 with no trouble and can cruise there for hours effortlessly. Your car is a 58 plate though mine is an 11 plate so the interior is a tad diff and the revs seem lower in my car.
