The F-22A has a frontal RCS of about 0.0001 m2. The Su-27's Zhuk radar would not be able to track something like that until less than half a kilometre! And the Su-35's Irbis-E radar would not be able to track it until about 4km.
The F-22A is also much more manoeuvrable and it's avionics are more sophisticated.
People say that the Flanker series (Su-27, Su-33, Su-30, Su-35) do not stand a chance against the F-22A because they DON'T. The F-22 is in a different CLASS.

becouse theyre stealth will not be passive like f35 or f22 it would be active stealth (plasma stealth), but also passive stealth which is not only in x-band stealth...

There was a Stall in there and The Sukoi is a great fighter but not the best of all time. And its one of the best fighters to come out of the easternbloc in years. Its just basicly a modified F-15 Eagle with JSF nozzles.
No dude, the Sukhoi have a completely different aerodynamics of the F-15, that the addition of Canards leave with more maneuverability and stability! And I know he is not the better, is among the best.

The best Sukhois have 3d thrust-vectoring, meaning both nozzles can be rotated - independently - to direct thrust anywhere in a 30 degree 3d cone. The effect is amplified by thrust differential, see 0:56, invented long before JSF.
closest thing US has to that is f-22, but its thrust vectoring is 2d - pitch only, not pitch/yaw.
