I don't care what anyone else says, in terms of negative & critical, derisive put-downs of this great era in culture & history .. for my money, those days of the late 50s were GREAT TIMES .. period. Of course, those who are too young to remember those times will NEVER know the good times & good vibes of which I talk.

the 50s were great also because people were still happy the Germans and Japanese had been smacked up side the head after six years of war, and the great depression was over.

I go to Disney land very very often, and what I see is people feel they are EXPECTED almost to take photos of everything, whether it's a good idea or not.
Photos used to be taken so you could remember... now people take hundreds of them and forget all about them.
