I think he is jealous! I mean he hit him and reprimanded him twice! Sheldon was perfectly fine with Amy going to that club because she liked that one guy. Time has past and he's developing feelings for her! Sheldon also said, "Fascinating" after they kissed. I think that's what sparked all this! He might have said to forget about it, but I doubt he can! :) Regardless, I hope they do end up together~

I don't think Sheldon is jealous. I think he just realizes what happens to all of Leonard's exes and he doesn't want that to happen to Amy. Sheldon values Amy's friendship and that last thing he wants is for Amy to become an emotional wreck like Penny.

Sheldon asked him on purpose about his night. He wanted to know what were Leonard's feelings about Amy. FYI Amy IS Sheldon's girlfriend. And I thought the whole train thing was a bit exagerated because Sheldon really looked like a child but you know it's Sheldon Cooper ... It is not that much surprinsing. But you should look at it on the good angle Sheldon got mad jealous plus Leonard kissed Amy goodbye and he developped an interest for her. The show is getting even more interesting.
