Music like this is made interesting and different by using things like "high squealing notes". It's part of what makes Radiohead original or any other music original. It's called "creativity". If music wasn't creative it would get boring.

And the frequencies contained within each instruments timbre is still the same as it ever has been, digital has added no extra high frequnceis (and hasn't changed the audible pitches available to musicians to use). You are confusing the terminology quite a lot, but I think I know what you mean. However its incorrect, the pitch of music has not changed significantly!

@zephranna01 I don't want to get involved with all your other discussions in this thread, but I am a little confused with this statement. A part of digitising music involves cutting of high frequencies, at 44.1Khz (cd quality) the highest frequency that can be 'represented' is 22Khz, Analog circuitary has NO upper limit. All mixes contain the same window of frequencies, more or less, and in the modern recording process many records have below 30hz and above 14Khz cut off as standard..

Musicians create music out of their emotions for other people to enjoy and appreciate.
Music like this is made interesting and different by using things like "high squealing notes". It's part of what makes Radiohead original or any other music original. It's called "creativity". If music wasn't creative it would get boring.
I don't want to argue anymore but i don't think you should inflict your views on other people to try and ruin it for everyone else.

I don't believe in stuff like this. I play music all the time like radiohead, led zeppelin, pink floyd etc and play it because I enjoy it. I also play guitar and have never had a reason to think the music I play has a sense of "the devil".
