I love the winding-up jetlike sound L98's have under acceleration. It gives me a thrill everytime I give it the beans in our '85, which I sadly only have the opportunity to drive once a year. I cant wait...your great sound makes the wait even harder to bear!

Hey rube, I see you have the Melrose long tubes. Did you also use their full exhaust system too? I have heard the exhaust system is made by Random Technologies. Just curious, as I am looking for a complete system for my 88 and like the way yours sounds

thats not an 89 tail end, you must have changed it. I own an 89 vette too,nice sound though

i got a great deal 8500 w/ 45000 miles. 2tops and 2 sets of rims!

but i bought the exhaust direct from melrose
