Also, fasting is counter productive if you're trying to lose weight. If you eat too few calories, your metabolism slows down which makes it even harder to lose weight.
I recommend that you eat balanced meals and exercise. There's no quick and easy solution to weight loss. You need to put effort in to get results.
Why does it bother you that the owner and his/her family eat for free? They're the OWNER. And I don't understand why you would want to boycott subway when you're just upset with this one store. Do you understand how franchising works? Subway has little involvement with the management of the store. They just charge a fee to operate under their brand name,
And it shouldn't surprise or offend you that your boss encourages you to cover your scars. You're in customer service and it just looks bad.

When i worked at subway my boss was like that too and use to make me wash off my makeup at work. They have a really fucked up favor system too.

Ok so i have worked at Subway for over 2 years. Subway for me is great!! I love subway!! I am actually a supervisor and honestly your experience SUCKS!!!! I am terribly sorry that you had to go through that!!! It sounds like the Subway you were hired at needs some cleaning up...A LOT OF CLEANING UP!!! subway seriously has to be one of the worst places to work. they got angry with anyone who put more than six olives on a sandwich, which was CRAZY. You're better off without having to work there. I think we ALL are!

I had this bitch from afghanistan as a boss when i started working in subway and when i'd ask her to teach me she'd say 'later' but never fuckin did. She was abusive and expected me to be very fast since the beginning and she would bitch about olives and was a very cheap bitch. I ended up quitting cuz i couldn't stand her. I hope she is dead.

Id say try and stick with it for a little while though and just breeze through the bullshit. I remember my first day at work and wanting to leave. Ended up staying for close to 10 years...lol...and loving it.
