I didn't watched Code Geass, but I'm sure MasChera was a parody of it. Actually there are parodies of Fate/Stay Night, Rozen Maiden and Shugo Chara in the anime if I'm correct. Also, Kirino mentions Suigintou (Rozen Maiden) when asking about Kuroneko's dress. And I even didn't saw these neither. :3
