wow, i really liked that! great promo, so did the band approach you? did you decide on the content of the video or did they give you an outline of what particular style/narrative that they wanted for the song?
I'm sorry to bother you and ask so many questions, it's just i am a budding film maker and have a lot to learn! :D

Hey mate - there was a music promo competition from a guy called glideascope - he took a track called Hartronica and split it into 6 sections and the idea was to shoot just 1 section and send in and he would take the best 6 and create a collage type music promo. Long story short we need to create 2 more sections - if you fancy it I'll mail you over the final 2 bits of the track see what you think, ideally you're shooting 720p or better, but good pal will be ok. Subject matter can be anything...

Hi luna - Final cut pro, and motion for the text. I just used video of the carosel speeded up and the layed it over the actual footage with a mask and a composite mode of 'lighten' - Hope that helps, and thanks for watching.
