Peckham was defending his goalie, as any player should be doing on the ice. Goertzen didn't run Roloson but he sure as hell didn't avoid him coming down on him. Goertzen clearly wanted to fight and Peckham gave him what he wanted. There was no sucker-punching involved at the beginning of the fight and Peckham showed respect by not throwing a huge bomb at the end when Goertzen was on the ice. Good fight.
