I thought he did pretty pretty good except for that Pen. It seemed like that was the main thing I focused on. He was definitely more job focused during the interview rather than self focused which I thought was a plus.
Not fantastic...average? I wouldn't be convinced after this performance...I like how he detailed his military experience, but everything else seemed mediocre.
I've come to the conclusion after many interviews and working for a number of companies that the people doing the interviewing have no clue whatsoever.

I honestly thought from the beginning this was going to show incorrect behaviors then how the interview would have been participated in properly by the applicant! Check out Dale Carnagies Pathways to success! His fidgiting annoyed me the most I think, put the pen down lol!!!
I am on the interview panel team for a company that recruits over 500 people a week. If I were interviewing this guy I would find him very 'run of the mill' and forgettable. Although his answers were reasonably good, he didn't show any personality or show himself to be any different to the other 15000 applicants who apply.
strange...is this a lie? which company is this? some super giant store? If I heard you was interviewing so many people - I would get doubt straight away to not to go to you, cause it shows your lack of management skills...remember this baby personal qualities is very short leaved...
@UniqueWind I feel it is really important to engage the interviewer. It's important to ensure your answers do not come across as scripted, which his did. Another way to be engaging is to look alert and bright by smiling a lot. This helps to keep focus. He looks tired and run-down. I am not saying that because he is over weight but he needs to work on presentation. I am not saying it is appropriate to dress in a suit every time, but dressing in a clean and sharp style could also help.
A good example of sucessful interview. The interview process went very fluently. The interviewee gave proper and positive answers to all the questions.
