But yeah you can see the purpel thing in this video it's in the top right of the phones front next to the speaker

On the droid and on the iPhone if you hold it up to a light next to the speaker you can see a little depth/light senser they are purpel that's why the screean goes black

My LG Dare's screen turns black when I talk too.

The screen has a censor at the top. When you block the censor, screen blacks out.

Its not the accelerometer that does that, its a proximity sensor, and many many many phones have it now, ex LG Dare. not specific to anything

Yes yes, I figured out it was the prox sensor after I shot the vid.. and fixed it in the written review.

Apps are stored in internal phone memory. This was Google's decision in Android from the beginning, but it will change sooner or later. They have stated that they are working on a solution for this.

By default no, but if you grab a home screen alternative from the Market like OpenHome there are tons of themes/skins.

Yea I was unable to confirm this before review time. I've heard the proximity sensor, and light sensor, both of which make sense. Either way, it's a nice feature.
