WRONG. Afghanistan NEEDS more troops. Afghanistan is not Iraq. Taliban MUST be defeated at all cost. Also, if the troops leave now, the Taliban will be more confident and stronger than ever. The NATO troops are training the Afghan national army and police while numerous countries are helping training there engineers, civil servants, doctors and teachers while also building hospitals, roads etc. Afghanistan must win at all costs, the free world cannot be bogged down by some telebunny pricks.

The problem with US Pakistani relations is they have no intentions of confronting the Taliban, Al Queda, and tribal warriors in the northwest part of the country. I don't think Al qaeda is made up but it is definately being used as an excuse for everything. I agree that there is a worldwide conspiracy but I am voting Obama because McCain is even more of a war monger and halccyon083 is correct Obama said he would look for Bin Laden and not have all out war with Pakistan. Al Qaeda is used "collectively" to describe the muslim jihadist fighting for independence. Clever labelling to promote an organised, structured global organisation a very hollywoodised organisation that really does not exist.
